Depends on your sub-dps pretty hard, if you don't have Zhezhi/Lumi/Taoqi you're missing out on a huge outro buff, so that might be what's stopping your damage If you have them, then you should remember this showcase was in ToA, where you get additional damage buffs with the ToA mechanics, in the overworld I also don't get as much damage per ult ofc :)
A Sanhua team might work well if you're into the quickswap playstyle, otherwise I don't think Sanhua provides much for Carlotta, as her outro skill doesn't benefit Carlotta in any way, neither does her quick concerto energy generation, but that's just my opinion. If you like a team then experiment with it, try out different playstyles and you might just end up finding your favorite team, who knows :)

Level 10 Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation, Level 8 Resonance Skill Shorekeeper is level 70, running level 70 Variation and 4-3-3-1-1 full Rejuvenating Glow set, both 3 costs are Energy Regen main-stats, rest of the echoes also having Energy Regen sub-stats having 246 Energy Regen in total (she gets another 10 from her 2nd Inherent Skill so she gives the full buffs to the team with ultimate). Talent levels don't matter on Shorekeeper, only the 2 Inherent Skills Hope this helps you! If you have anymore questions lemme know :)

I think you weren't clear enough in the Echo build part. You should basically never use Freezing Frost as it is a more than 20% damage loss in comparison to Frosty Resolve (because Sentry Construct echo skill is also way better than Lampylumen). It really only makes sense, if you already have great pieces lying around. But even then you should still try to swap to Frosty Resolve asap. It's so much better.
You are right, but I don't want people to feel pressured to only use the best stuff that's out there if they got decent stuff already lying around. Frosty Resolve will be better when you have a proper set built, but until then you should be just fine running a Freezing Frost set. Basically this is what I was trying to convey with the on-screen text in the echo build part of the video, if it wasn't clear enough then I'm sorry, but I think most people who watch and read into it should get the general idea of what I meant. Afaik the weapon is 100% chance so just get to cracking those chests and puzzles and you'll have it. Took me 69 pulls to get the weapon lol
