I currently have the obera balloon. It was inserted on May 8th 2024 (550mls). I am 5”2. It has been the most tortuous months of my life. I have never vomited so much in my life. I lost 10kg in 4 weeks and since then, at 10 weeks I have lost almost 20th. I am booked in on 31st July to have it removed as keeping it in for 6 months would result in an unsafe weight loss. I’m surviving on about 400-500 calories a day and it shows. Fruit appears to be the only thing I can keep down and even then only tiny amounts at a time (1-2 bites). ❤
can you travel (flight) with balloon in stomach?
