thank you so much man. have known the intro for ages. Didn't realize the chorus is so simple (embarrassed), but the end of your vid was so fun to learn. thanks again!
I'm interested in seeing a leeson for Tim McGraw's BACK WHEN. I know it's a country song but... How 'Bout it? There's no lesson out there and I'm not good at playing by ear and don't really gots the time.
Fuck, I've beeñ trying for fucking months, excuse my French. I cannot get that intro part, begining part for the life of me. I've got some kind of mental block on this and it's getting REALLY fucking frustrating, I'm about to quit trying to play this song over and over again, HELP🆘‼️
This was not bad. I mean it sounds good but you didn't spend 13 minutes explaining everything and selling your name to us. You more or less gotinto it quickly
Maybe it's because the video is 4 years old, but I have much higher expectations these days. You should always be overlaying tabs. Spending inordinate amounts of time telling where every finger goes is a waste. People can pause the video if they really need to, but most viewers will already know the basic shapes and just need to know where to play. Then there's the actual playing which was lacking. The bends were way too fast, and your notes in the 4th part were just wrong. It's a "B" after the bend in the 4th part, not an "A". Kind of a big deal there. They also just play it all around the open E chord, which makes it easier, but not as critcal.
Those bends are super aggressive man, I’ve always enjoyed the way it sounds if you slow the bends down a touch. But that’s just me
why did i find this comment hilarious😂
Aysia Lee you tell me.
Agreed
Ben when you play it slow, the bends are still aggressive.
I'm glad I searched for this comment before I posted.. because that's the first thing I heard was the fast bend. Everything else is pretty solid

the most beautiful chord that i ever heard
The intro doesnt sound right, i mean You need to bend the string a little more to make it sound right.
according to my guitars tuner your E is tuned to D#, have to tune your guitar 1/2 step down to match
you made it look so simple, thanks man
nice man!, keep it up
+Daniel V.S. Thanks Daniel! You da man for checkin' it out ;)
After two months of watching this vid and playing ive become pretty good at this. Great vid and thanks!
Matthew Kim maybe try to learn easier
stuff and music theory and then get to the more complex stuff instead of wasting 2 months for 1 song
I'm watching my first video on this channel on August 10th 2022 and I'm about a minute in and I'm finding it east to follow this.
You guys really make it easy greetings from Turkey

Hey man.... This is one of my top favorite tracks by Cantrell... It would be a big help if you do a lesson on Solitude from degradation Trip..
Good teacher
On the last part when you move to the second and 5th fret, what string are you holding down?
Really good lessons man, keep it up brother! 🤟

Oh you’re so fucking helpful damnit. I’ve always wondered how to play this shit
One tip id have is to make the bend a little slower, other than that, great tutorial.

rod wave
His bends gave me anxiety.
Why
🤣
I’ll stick to country😒
You’re bending too fast
It was probably because the camera was there or whatever, but your left hand was tense and a little aggressive on the bend.
That intro sounds whack

4th part - Jerry and the other guy do the bend and release 1st fret of the A string. I prefer to do it at the 6th fret of E.
