The spirit soundtrack in the kür was a Nice touch but the ride overall was not winner-worthy, the piaffs were straight up ugly and the halfpass in canter was kind of messy. Pair with the horse disengagement throughout was an eyesore. Sadly this riding is common from the Dutch team and popularized by them
They did not win, they were just overnight leaders on the first day in the Grand Prix. They got 3rd in the GP, GPS, and GPF. I think they were scored too high honestly. I was thinking a solid 73-75 but 78 is pushing it
This horse actually performs fluidly. I love the Rider's work. I think it's elegantly outstanding. I also found this commentator very rude. Obviously, in competition you're going to have criticism. How it's presented actually matters....
@@Makado14 same but the guy uses rolkker but Valero a guy on Valero’s last performance was arguing a but how Charlotte uses rollker but she does not ghe tail does not swish at all
@@blueequine572 Totillas did not choose to be trained with Rollkur. He was a brilliant and beautiful dressage horse who in my opinion, had that star quality I never saw in Valegro, regardless of how he was trained. Totillas was every little girl's dream horse.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
First time I heard Carl narrate a dressage performance he is very honest and tells it like it is
I want to see Carl in the competitions, but his commentary was clear and as you would have expected, at the master class. Thank you very much, Carl.
Too high score for this performance. I like Carl's honest commentary.
I love Carl he seems to understand her horse maybe she should go him for some training
Best moment at 6.25! Mi sembra un passage con discesa della mano!!!! Super!
There is too much tension , overacting and disharmony for such high scores!
I would prefer Benjamin Werndl as the winner of the day.
My lower back started to ache just watching.
Agreed Benjamin and Famoso were so relaxed and harmonious. Really pissed that this scored better

Not even one second without pulling on the reins...
Congrats I’m just gonna ignore the rest of the comments I wish Valero was there I’m more of a western person but I also like watching dressage
I wish Totillas would have been there.

No disrespect is meant.
Water skiing back in vogue then ?
I think the horse is a little irritated!!🐴🐎
Very nice!
So pretty I would love to do that one day
Really don’t like the orange tailcoat 👎🏻 to distracting
Look like a clown rider and win the Circus 😄
Not impressed at all.
Not natural for a horse to do this. Very sad.
