  • I show you how to shape bagels in two ways. The first way - rolling a rope and sealing the ends - makes for a larger hole in the baked bagels but the seam can come apart when you are boiling the bagels. The second way - making a hole in the centre of the bagel - is easier but the hole tends to close up during the second prove and bake.
