SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE DUMP AND GO CROCKPOT RECIPE | DELICIOUS THANKSGIVING SIDE IDEA

Hey you guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today’s video is a sweet potato casserole crockpot dump and go recipe! This would be perfect for a Thanksgiving side dish. 💕

Recipe-
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- I/2 cup of softened butter
- 1/3 cup of softened butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 1 cup of pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1. Using a mixer, whip together your cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla, milk, 1/2 cup of butter, and eggs until they are light and fluffy.
2. Pour into your crockpot.
3. Mix together your remaining butter, brown sugar, flour, nuts, and coconut until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle evenly across the top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
6. Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes until the topping has cooled enough to crisp up before serving.
