In regard to the clip style body mounts, the xmaxx maxx and hoss bodies are super heavy! racing needs light weight parts, and slash is already heavier than dr10. Gotta compete!
@@TheHobbyPlexShow I didn't even think about that! Xmaxx has like one aftermarket body? And at $500 already, added costs to drag race wouldn't be any fun! I just want the body for my slash drag car! lol
why isn't there one video where someone puts the wheelie bar on, i hate the rc commuity they don't help new guys, ive been looking forever, non of the screws it came with fit
If you compare it to the cost of buying a Slash and building it up the $500 is a better deal. (Assuming you don't already have the Slash and / or Bandit as donor cars.)
Pretty cool that radio basically acts like a trans brake.
How about a side by side comparison between the Drag Slash, DR10 and the Losi Drag Car?
Neat idea. I'll see if I can do that while we have them in stock.

Yeah, I also thought about how it would be additional cost to mount different non-traxxas bodies.

Liking that body!! Nice unboxing!

I didn't put the wheelie bar on because this isn't our car. It's for sale as new. We already get flack for having an open box.
Disappointed in a rerun at $500.00
Yeah. A little bit of sticker shock for sure.
