I have been trying to dial in a mini B at Trackside raceway in Wisconsin. Adding weight made the car more tame. I am currently just spinning wheels with a shock package/ suspension frequency that works with large jumps and bumps. Realized the bumps for 1/10 are a lot more bumpy shall we say for the mini's. I hope you record nerding out on spring and shock packages because I am curious.

Looks faster than a 1/10 scale, but it is just a matter of scale. Do you rebalance your tire if you have a bigger blob of glue in one spot?

I have a lipo in my car and it’s green and working but when i put full throttle it shut off and flash Red is it because I’m in nimh mod?

How funny. I just use a flat boring bit on a drill press and shave 2mm off the wheel on the inside and done. Work smart kids lol

Hey Alex. I’m interested in learning to race and start in the plexspex class. That said I’m super confused on requirements specifically motors. I built my car based on the 13.5 stock list. And have a Hobbywing Justoc 13.5 g2.1 with a kv rating of 3200. I that allowed I plexspec? I bought everything including my car from your location (except my transmitter) I’m hoping someone can help me understand

Alex, that was excellent troubleshooting. I always learn a thing or two. That Slash brushless 4X4 looked epic negotiating those jumps with an expert driver on the radio!

3:44:02. Shame the winner of plexspec tonight, Covin (the royal blue 4 WD high CG chassis stock Slash), was cheating running 3s. I asked him what setup he was running to see if he had it really dialed. I figured he had some crazy motor & pinion setup in there. "Just stock" which seemed fishy to me hitting the triple all night. I ask 2s? He sighs and says no and his friend laughs. I saw his setup with the body off. Yep, 3s. I know it's plexspec so it doesn't really matter but we have to have some semblance of rules right? If not, what's keeping someone from cutting the track over & over and getting in 20 laps. "oh look I won! Sweet." People would call you out as that's cheating. Same thing. Come on man. Lame. He also takes home plex bucks which isn't a whole lot but is real money equivalent there at hobbyplex.
