My most favourite car I have ever driven. The 1.25 engine sounds so great, the suspension and steering is so on point, it makes a Golf feel like a tractor. Also, 168kph top speed and the acceleration time is very understated. I hit 180kph on the Autobahn on flat ground and when you turn TCS off, it can easily do less than 13s 0-100. Perfect every day drivers car.
Very nice and playful little roads! Questions for you sir: Is this model equiped with ESP OFF switch? If yes, did you switch it OFF for the video? (I haven't noticed any orange ESP/TC indicator light on your dashboard during the whole ride)
This car doesn't have a button to switch the ESP off, but you can switch it off from Menu. Go to Menu, after that to Vehicle and there you'll see TCS On (Traction Control System) and you can switch it off. In my video I didn't switche it off, because it is not agressive and allows to slide a little bit and the car remains playful in the corners. But if you want to play with it hard, than you have to switch it off.
@@pushthethrottle Thank you for your answer! After a second take, I did notice your ESP/TC indicator light illuminates at 10:06, when you kick this tight right turn. The system on your car has the exact same behaviour as mine on my 2011 1.25 82hp phase I : It interveins soon, but just as you mentioned, the system is allowing the car (mostly the front drivetrain) to drift a little bit! nice. After doing some researches I've found that early 2011 versions aren't equiped with any ESP disconnection option. neather via a button nor a menu. Not good on that particular point Ford :/ ! (Ford did correct this in late 2011 / early 2012 versions) No after market option to be found. Nevermind, I still have a lot of fun in dynamic drive. They did a nice job on the chassis!
In my opinion, the car is too small inside. There are other cars with this exterior size what have a larger salon. Low visibility, low roof, hard suspension.
Agree with all you said. Fiesta is more a car for beginner enthusiasts, it turns well, is well balanced and gearbox is quite direct and sporty. In this case only the engine is the weak point, from the perspective of warm hothatch. But as a family small car is a bad choice.
Completely agree. The engine is rather slow for a car of this size and the interior is pretty cramped, outdated and cheap feeling. But the car does drive like an absolute dream. Has a good connection to the driver compared to other cars
@@shax232 Absolutly agree! Even the seat position is great. I've tested a Fiesta with 1.4 engine and 96 Hp : ruclips.net/video/l-ln-RtjXDE/видео.html and it was already seriously fun 😁, but sure the 1.6 is the best choice.
That’s funny because the 1.25 and the 1.6 duratec engines are known for their reliability and solid fuel economy. I had a 1.25 and it never gave me a single issue with the 4 years that I had it for. Just as long as you service it on time and take care of it, it will do the same for you
If serviced correct and reguraly and not driven too hard this engine are quite reliable, but in any way the 1.6 is better for having fun and driving sporty.

Absolutly agree! It is a cool, small and very fun car.
Such beautiful landscapes 😍👌

Agree, almost in all Fiestas is not enough space, especially on the back seat, but I like how they drive, especially in curves.
Really?

In welchem Gebirge ist das eigentlich?
Test Ford Ka+ 2017 (70CH) 🙏
Ok, I will try to find one. 😃
This engine is too weak and also not too reliable, I recommend the 1.4 or 1.6
No idea.
