Hello Rabin the filming work continues to progress well but delayed this last 18 months by all the lockdowns and mask wearing . As the masked shots would not edit easily with the pre Covid non mask footage . But I spent lockdown writing and planning and sorting through my photographs for books to accompany the documentaries

As a maker of jewelry, lover of beautiful things and history, you are torturing me in the explanation of the necklace without being able to see the beads and individual bits......absolute torture.....you went so fast and the necklace was so far away from the camera.......I sincerely hope you can make a video redo of this wonderful piece.....I have a dhyangro that is very old but in very good shape and I have some questions for you about it which I will send on to your email I saw in the dhyangro video, which was the most information I have ever found on these drums......Thanks, Paul - glad to have found you - I just subbed.....

Thank you yes ! this is part of my collection . I’m a visual artist deeply interested in the language and symbolism of different cultures , As an artist I create explore play and discover , through the unknown as well as studying the known through reading and intellectual pursuit . I find direct cognitive Experiance deeper and more multifaceted , so I began collecting Art and cultural religious objects about 38 years ago . I found that living with and using Ritual objects gradually deepened in to a Shamanic practice , and I funded my colecting by supplying authentic empowered ritual objects to other practitioner around the world . The last 10 years I’ve been based in Nepal working with Himalayan shaman and filming for several TV documentary series on shamanism and on the Spiritual festivals of nepal . This filming work is well advanced but not yet compleated , and will be accompanied by 3 books also ongoing , my collecting supports this , and helps me to understand the symbolic languages and processes , revealed within the objects , but often not found in academic writing or articulated in first person interviews
