These team fitted hats are made in Asia usually Vietnam or Cambodia. They don't cost that much to produce. A fitted hat shouldn't cost more than $25 new. The fact that they sell for $40-100 is ridiculous.

Just started buy fitteds again recently. One thing I have noticed is basketball fitted (for 59FIFTY NEW ERA) with the NBA logo on the back fit tight. Went up a size and it fit slightly to loose. May just be my head size 7 1/8. Something to keep in mind.
