Ah I remember this game. I know it's designed to be BS, but a lot of the choices bother me with how the narrator is trying to guilt trip you. For example, the heart. In reality, it would go to the patient deemed most suitable according to established medical criteria, not based on subjective judgments about who "deserves" it more. Biggest ones are compatibility, likelihood of success, and urgency, in which case the young man would get it unless he has history of serious substance abuse or pattern behaviour that would deem long term success unlikely.
Real lesson of this game: crossing guards are valued members of society and good civil planning prevents alot of death.

The Trolley Problem type of scenarios are constructed to separate Kantian deontologists (you cannot do wrong to acheive a good outcome) and Benthamite Utilitarians (make most happy). They do not work well for any other school of ethics.

It doesn’t. It’s an irrational decision brought about by Mousey being _emotionally_ averse to the idea of killing the dog. Moral decisions are rooted in emotion just as much as they are in logic.

If Ai drives people they will have more time to work. This means potential increased productivity which will be used and then inevitably exploited increasing profit everywhere. This could lead to positive development if properly managed.
After all, women didn't work that much in the past(how far varies from country) today their work is what allows our society to function at its current level all thanks to increased amounts of productivity(or rather what they used to do has been outsourced to machines except for schooling which is now done by fewer people so still more productive).
