Hey Jason Do you think there is a genetic ceiling to developing fitness components especially strength? Or can any plateau be broken using programming, periodization and diet? Because according to me there is a ceiling to the amount of muscle one can put on naturally but what about fitness components? Is it true that all plateaus can be broken with programming and diet? If that is the case then there is no limit to human potential
Tough one to answer. The answer for me though is not particularly relevant. What is relevant is what is the optimal level of fitness someone can sustain 365 days a year. Not peak strength or peak leaness for one moment in time.
