What silicone do you use? Dow 795?

What about a window that goes to grade level. I've used silicone around every crack and gap trim to glass. And the trim to brick I used quad. Elastomeric sealant. And it's still leaking inside at the base of the window. Especially in the center and corners on either side of the window. Water pools in these areas but mostly in the center. But you can see moisture all across the base of the window. Is it possible for the exterior concrete slab to be wicking that much water up and into the floor inside the building. Or should I redo the caulking thinking maybe I missed something on the first attempt. Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
I would recommend water testing the window to try and imitate the leak. Spray strategically with your water hose with someone inside watching for leak. That would be the best way sir. Hope it helps.
