    Please watch Twin Peaks but don't rush - over 44 hours but so worth it. I've had many friends that I introduced to the show in "marathon format" in my teens and 20s... literally the 24 hours of the first two seasons, plus the 2 hours of Fire Walk With Me with a short nap inbetween seasons. The second season is a hard slog but still a LOT of gold within. And the endurance it takes to sit through parts of season 2 makes the ending of that season so much more gut wrenching.
    The Return (recent third season) is one of the most phenomenal 18 hours of movie in existence and I'm surprised it exists!! It is so unexpected and beautiful.

Specially the O.J Simpson (it’ll be timely because news just broke out about Monica Lewinsky producing the next season... about the Clintons) Quite frankly the show is the best dramatization of real life events I’ve ever seen on television.

      Taylor Pannell Ed was very young and handsome when he turned himself in and actually let these investigators know what he found out as the reasons that makes him a serial killer. My god he was so intelligent he practically diagnose and “cured” himself. Ed is the real founder of behavioral science, since nobody had to make conclusions, he concluded the right causes of his behavior.

    Omg. The adjusting the mirrors & playing with the radio just so it seems like they’re disinterested in attacking you and are just a Good Samaritan is really effective. When I was a teenager and didn’t have a car, there were a couple of times I took rides from adult men thinking they SEEMED normal because they didn’t overtly put out that creepy, catcalling, street harasser energy that OTHER men gave off when they offered me ride. And I also had a backup plan that I would grab the steering wheel and cause a car crash if they tried anything stupid. I don’t think I would’ve ever gotten into a car with a giant like Ed Kemper because I’d probably have no chance. Anyway, luckily, the men I caught rides with WERE normal, if a little weird, adult men. And it’s something I would never be dumb enough to do as an adult.

    Nb. interesting that you're moving away from "how they wrote" in the title, I like it. Though I've been on board since the first video (I'm pretty sure?!) This title and the Simpsons video title draw me in more. Nothing you do is gimmicky, and I noticed someone else commenting that the titles turned them off subscribing. Now I'm noticing the difference the unique titles have on me, they make me wanna click. hope you see an uptick in traffic. Though I love the "how they wrote" branding your channel is so much more. maybe you could still use that "call back" title on a percentage of your videos...and yeah I know nothing about the psychology to get views. I'm sure seeing "how they wrote" reminds me it's your content and I'll likely really enjoy watching; conversely the slight reveal in the titles is definitely switching my brain from "yep" to "YES?!"

    • @BehindtheCurtain
      @BehindtheCurtain  4 года назад +2

      Yeah, I'm experimenting with titles a bit. I like the straightforward approach of "How They Wrote", because I think that it perfectly explains the video and is still interesting to click. I definitely understand your point though, and I'm glad to hear a viewer actually give me that feedback. Because sometimes it's difficult to gauge what's good and what's not. Thanks for leaving this content and thank you for watching! I really appreciate your support.
