I heard about a strange case in LA from a different channel. Make sense of this. Large apartment building. A fire breaks out. I think it killed a few tenants and torched a couple of units. The city of LA comes in and says “you need a new sprinkler system. Your building is a fire hazard.” Ok. So they evict all the tenants in order to do the necessary repairs. Most of the tenants leave. No problem. But a few of the, stick around. Fight it in court. And the judge says “you can’t evict the remaining tenants.” So the city says “do repairs” and the eviction court says “you can’t evict.” And now they can’t do the repairs! Make it make sense man.
My daughter and I got a squatter out of mother's rented senior apartment. The lady was ridiculously stubborn, arrogant, and entitled. We informed her that my mother's apartment would be at risk if she didn't get out. She had been there a few months.

Sue the housing department for their mistake
I have always kept working line guard breed dogs. I always offered a healthy pet deposit.
It’s 90 days for section 8 tenants. It’s part of what you sign and notices are 90 days.

Please try to balance out the sound of the mics . Host mic level much lower than guest.
Thank you very much
Can a landlord deny a tenant the application process, who hasn't even applied on paper, after asking a few questions on the phone?
I remember when landlords used to follow the law.
Tenants should not be required to submit to a credit check. How much personal information do they need to provide, for goodness sakes.
Never buy in LA 😂…. How about a 2 month lease with no automatic renewal in San Diego??? To be under the other law ????
Ca landlords are gross
