The difference between BTS and One Direction and their breaks is that BTS have to take a break because all 7 members of BTS have to enlist and serve in the Korean military for a minimum of 18 months because it's mandatory in South Korea for all able bodied men to serve. But they have stated numerous times they plan to be back together in 2025 after their service is completed. 2 members are already serving (Jin and J-Hope) and Suga will be enlisting very soon. Also unlike One Direction BTS have always done their own solo songs/projects on the side along with BTS music. The 3 rappers (RM, Suga/Agust D, J-Hope) all released solo mixtapes before BTS ever took this break and all the members have had solo songs on BTS albums.
Still thinking about whole Layover & each mv of IT - But one thing is for sure, Taehyung has dropped the most thoughtful mvs out of all albums. It has so much depth & begs you to think & get hooked in it. Your Ot7 heart can dislike the information, but it's a fact & TRUTH.🎉🎉🎉😂

BTS decided to do solo projects as a group decision forming what they call a second chapter with the intention of reuniting after each produced an album and completed his military service. Lots of groups cannot stand each other when they split. BTS members got matching 7 tattoos. BTS continues and I am happy to see you enjoy V of BTS.
