Those are good point, Dwayne. In any shop, the best guys get fed the challenging gravy, so they advance more quickly. Within most small shops you'll find a hierarchy, so you don't want to be known as somebody who won't cope well at the next level. Otherwise you could find yourself frustrated by spending all your day on repetitive tasks. A good shop foreman will find a way to challenge everybody, and feed the lower level guys with discussion of case studies even if they didn't get to learn it first hand.
You are so correct. A good shop foreman will not only recognize the potential in new tech’s, he will work to develop it. More foreman need to do this, thanks for your comments
Have used them in the past with success and am grateful they exist. Watched your vid because I always enjoy learning better ways to do things and always have from your bits. Never knew there is a holder for these, usually just rough started them... carefully of course! Thank You.
Many people do not know what is behind a mechanic, you have to know how to solder, repair threads, drill in any position among other things, and now they teach us to repair electronic circuits, program modules...this has already gone a long way, hasn't it?
You are spot on. Today’s mechanic’s have to be computer savvy because the vehicles are. And yesterday’s vehicles (which are still popular} are basic mechanical machines. We are expected to be proficient with both.

Very well explained👍
The 1.0 thread is the distance between thread apexes, not number per inch...this is metric
Interesting no sealer needed in this application
