I appreciate how much you respect the simple items that you find. Those Hawaii tourist brochures brought back memories for me.🇨🇦 The shell necklace could be puka shells, commonly sold to tourists in the 1970's.
Don't throw away the empty boxes and ice cream containers. People love those things. If he thought it was worth saving others will also. Wonderful and fun video. TFS
Poster that came with the original Beatles White Album, very cool. We all put them up on our walls. There might be a Beatles White Album in that lot. I hope so.
Its crazy that I happen to be watching this today. Looking at that black jewelry box with the red satin lining. My mother had that. She's gone now & today is her birthday. I'm 52 years old she had that when I was a child. A great reminder.
In the 70s my sister sold Tupperware. She gave out little T bowl novelty key chains like you had at the end of the jewelry box contents. A lot of women put a few coins for parking meters in them.
I totally enjoy watching your channel and watching you unwrap the goodies. Your intro makes me want to dance everytime I hear it. You are organized and take your time.👍 When you fast forward the videos your voice makes me laugh. We all need a laugh. Stay Safe
U gotta truly love any woman or man that brings your breakfast to you while working especially while filming. True love. I hope u appreciate her. Because what would you be eating for breakfast if single. If anything lol. I'm really loving your channel. Thanks for the content. I know it's hard work. Doing a really good job. TY For that
I have my Mom's Sarah Coventry jewelry. A lot of pin and earring sets. Some necklaces. Also have a bunch of 1940's rhinestone necklaces and bracelets sets that were my Mom's. Some day I will have to sell it all as no one else in family care about it. Also have her mink stole and a full double fox stole with tails. Both from 30's to 40's. My daughter was throwing both in the trash when I got to the house after my Mom passed away. Thank goodness I got there when I did😬
@@lynnegackstetter2779 it kills me that the interest in this jewelry and fashion is lacking in today's generation. The mink pieces still get decent money on Etsy and Ebay.
Hey Locker Nuts 😎 I pray that you and your family stay healthy and safe. Thank you for your time and your videos. I will be looking forward for the next video and auction 🤙
3:48 OMG....the 4 photos of the beatles.....those pictures came with the Beatles White album. I'm freakin out.....people usually have one or the other. Find the album ! ! 34:00 that stone looks like a real star sapphire....check it out. 34:32 that is called liquid silver. Love the jewelry show n tell..
Oh and I love this! I have always wanted to do stuff like this. We would go to auctions and at the end they would just sell boxes for like a dollar. My father in law would buy them we'd all go over and have a blast going through them. So much fun. Thank you for putting these out there. I have arthritis in my wrists and hands so bad now I would drop everything. So I am really having a blast doing this with you. I love you and your family. The girls are so smart and such great imaginations. You all have the right to be proud of them for sure. God bless yuns in all things and all ways. ❤️
U hit a memory , I got to go on the Bozo show with my bluebird group '57 maybe thx for the video good to see you being you. Loving the hat love and blessings
38:50 we used to make those good luck charms in a machine similar to the ones that put good luck on squashed pennies, in Woolworth. Thats how old that is.
You really shouldn't just toss those cartons etc with raiders logo Real fans might just want to buy those as well Paper extras like that have a whole following in themselves Just call it ephemera the technical name
You should use the ice cream containers to hold lots you auction...great stuff!......those little people statues from the 70’s sell for 5 to 20 a piece....some of the stuff you toss makes me cringe...but I know you can’t save everything......old greeting cards and paper items sell very well....check out Paper and Moose channel....she sells vintage paper.. stay safe Locker Nuts family
Just trashing stuff without doing research to find out if there's any demand for it. Someone might want the cheerleader autographed calendar, especially if signed inside by several of them.
I thought the group of 4 face pics was Let It Be album. Either way those are highly collectable. They would have been removed from albums to protect them from wear.
I thought it was the white album too. I had a DJ edition . All of my albums I had 2 of; 1 I listened to and the other I never opened. All of them were stolen. Lucky me.
I am interested in the small keychain with Tupperware like bowl with lid found in the jewelry box. Please let me know if you are planning to auction off. Thanks.
Hey Jack not a bad find...looks like Mrs was a flower child, mite have made here own jewelry...another great vid. C ya next time. U and the fam stay healthy.
That looks a lot like a memory jewelry box, where some of us moms put stuff that our kids gave us that we save. Hope you find the real box with the good stuff!
You can make sleeves for the 45's from packing paper. That way you can preserve the condition of the records. Or you can use 14" × 8.5" cardstock to make them. Either way you can preserve their condition.
@@LockerNuts True. But if you do it yourself, they can be stored standing and you can store them in comic boxes. The more you can keep them out of the light and heat, the better.
I am new to your channel and i have been watching all your past videos and present videos i must say i am enjoying them so much. We get a lot of storage locker sales where we live. My husband and i have always wanted to go to some you are teaching me so much about the do's and do nots's so i think i am ready to give the sales a try. First time I've ever seen a lighted loop! Mine is from 1950's
I've certainly found real sterling pieces that have a small magnetic attraction.
All that raiders stuff you threw away could have been it's own little E-Bay lot 👀 Or charity
You can make sleeves for the 45's from packing paper. That way you can preserve the condition of the records. Or you can use 14" × 8.5" cardstock to make them. Either way you can preserve their condition.
We sold them in bulk as is, but I'm sure the new owners will find a sleeve solution.
@@LockerNuts True. But if you do it yourself, they can be stored standing and you can store them in comic boxes. The more you can keep them out of the light and heat, the better.

That item that looked like a snake around 16:00 was probably put at the base of a door to prevent exterior drafts out of the house.
In the UK known as draught excluders.😎
You ought to take all those 45 s records and put them in one lot.on your auction. Somebody will buy every one of them
Those little Tupperware key rings sell well for decent money!
