Minimal BMS? Paper tape instead of polyamide? Seems like a major fire and safety hazard!

In video, you can see i have used bms, and yes polyamide kapton tape is good and heat resistant, but in most readymade batteries, you can see thick paper sticker is pasted across terminals of batteries, so it doesn't cause any fire, Lithium ion batteries can catch fire, if bms fails, polyamide tape won't save it from fire if bms failed.

You can use basic battery charger, rest the bms is the protection for overcharging and over discharging

Why use so many 18650's? 4 makes 12V not 12.
