They make it soooooo much better. Half the time I can’t believe the stupid shit they describe them the video just makes it even funnier when it actually happens
fwiw, this PPV had two 4* matches on it. It was also the culmination of a year long story between Sting/Jarrett. The negative review here is weird, but keep in my mind, Russo was just hired by TNA when this PPV aired. I think Vinny and Bryan were just preparing for the product to nosedive.
Some folks' attempts to equate TNA to promotions like XPW or something has always been fascinating to me. You gotta be a complete troll to compare MK Armageddon to TNA.
One of the rare times I 100% disagree with Bryan & Vinny. BFG 2006 is the most enjoyable PPV I've ever seen from TNA. Quality matches from start to finish, even the main event.
Well it's almost 9 years later, AJ Styles is going to be 38 and he is the New Japan World Champion and does some wrestling for Ring of Honor, so Bryan and Vinny were wrong about their "he'll be retired by 35 prediction."
And instead what we got was Sting droping the belt to Abyss in a DQ finish and JOe not winning the belt till 2008 and then losing it to Sting...and people wonder why this company is about to die
For the record: Capital Combat 1990 for that shit finish... Which saw Robocop and the future Giant Gonzalez debut as El Gigante... And speaking of shit finishes, the aforementioned Gigante defeated Sid in a stretcher match in just over 2 minutes... with the claw hold for the pinball at Superbrawl in 1992.
Azreal231916 I did find first in ‘99 Bigelow, Raven & Sandman going to a no-contest in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Live event apparently before Uncensored... And then I think I found the match you’re talking about: Brian Knobbs beat Bigelow via count-out in a hardcore match on Monday Nitro, November 8th 1999. The same Nitro that Scott Hall won the U.S. title in a 4-way ladder match in 5 minutes. All according to thehistoryofwwe .com...
Hogan vs Flair in ‘99 was supposed to be an I Quit Barbed Wire Cage match but Flair pinned Hogan with the Figure 4, which is the most infuriating pin ever. And least we ever forget the last two Hell in a Cell main events
These guys were way ahead of their time…. WWE literally starts every Mania with either a huge star or world title bout… sometimes both. They don’t warm up the crowds anymore they just throw what they got at em in hopes that they show up early and buy merch they don’t even care if anyone sticks around for the whole show they already got their moneys worth out of em smdh AEW is just as guilty of this.
Perfect example of them WANTING a show to be bad. This show was universally approved of, but they hated it. Nowadays, they WANT everything AEW to be amazing and everything WWE to be awful...
I love whoever puts the video clips with these reviews. I wish there were a lot more like this.

You ever watch Wrestling With Wregret?
@@KingOfTheOzone Yes. I love Wrestling With Wregret.
@@thetruecish Bryan and Vinny are better
@@KingOfTheOzone Brian (Zane) feels like he’s trying way to hard to be funny. Especially compared to Bryan (Alvarez) and Vinny
"He's younger than most TREE's" lol
40 year old AJ still going strong after a stint in Japan 😂😂
“He’s young for a planet”
Vinny "AJ Styles won't make it anther five years."
Ten years later AJ Styles is WWE champion.
Kaufmans Wrestling hindsight is 20/20
Plus they were most likely referring aj not making it because of the crazy bumps he takes ,it was never a knock on aj talent
Making 450 spalshes outside the ring...
Now 40 and going strong! Glad he's made it so far and that his guarentee didn't come true! Lol
*another
"So anyway, he was out there with his one leg" 😂😂😂
Update AJ Styles is 43 and still full time

This was the peak of TNA, love this show. Lax vs Styles and Daniels is great.
Completely agree, beautiful tag team combinations.
Sponsored by Mortal Kombat Armageddon. Very much the TNA of the Mortal Kombat franchise.
Some folks' attempts to equate TNA to promotions like XPW or something has always been fascinating to me. You gotta be a complete troll to compare MK Armageddon to TNA.
"apparently there has been a negotiation" gave me a belly laugh

And now he's WWE Champion. He ain't slowin down yet
@@MadRobPunkRock He's becoming a part-timer. As he should. He had a great career - he should just take the money and chill.

And now he’s on the shelf with an arm injury.
Because he stopped doing the crazy shit he was doing in his 20s like taking Gringo Killas from Homicide, Fosbury Flops and jumping off cages.
"AJ styles will be retired by 35."
I was at this show. Not sure what Bryan is talking about. The crowd seemed pretty pumped to me.
Ehh you could be lying though.

I mean to be fair practically all of the original guys left, Dixie and Russo got forced out, and they’re on their third network.
@@ahmeddemha6112 but not dead sooooooo what's your point.
crazy this was one of the highest bought ppv in tna history
Sir Disney And it's because of the amazing Fozzy Song.
I disagree with the reviewers, the ppv was enjoyable, the only things that sucked was jake the snake and the Larry vs young match
Hahahaha
You're the man for all your work dude. Thanks so much on all this BFG and that Victory Road I was bugging you about.
AJ still going
I finally figured it out, when Bryan and Vinny make jokes and they laugh, they sound like Beavis and Butthead
I have seen WCW cage matches end in DQ before. One was Luger VS. Flair I do believe from about 1990 or so. Don't remember the event.

And competing for the world title twice😂
If Bryan and vinny heard this review of the main event on 2019 they would hate themselves. This review was awful.
that's fozzy Oh by the way if you were wondering about the song at the beginning
blackstar15 With Chris Jericho. Ha Ha!

Yes
good review
I don't have a clue what Bryan is talking about this pay per view was good.
Jamie Wiesner ok Russo
I mean did you not listen to the video? He explains why in his opinion it is....not sure why you are confused

WWE was awful in the time you are talking is not like now😂😂
Oh god my subscription feed, it's full of goodness!
But I still like the vid
Why is Bryan always so negative?
He used to be a wrestler and didn't get anywhere so he's very bitter.
Reviewers make more money and get more notoriety if they’re more negative than positive.
TNA deserved it though.
Bryan and Vinny always hated TNA.
Poor review, nice editing
good review
