Philippines Govt needs to always and a MUST to clean the gutter and drainage every month during rainy seasons!! The citizens needs to be clean and stop cluttering garbage but the govt has a major role to play here. Every year, the areas are always flooded and crying out loud do not vote any Mayors when they will not put drainage cleaning as the main project. It once cleaning but monthly during rainy season.
The oil company should pay for the oil spill. There should be a law to be ratified in cases like this. This is not the first time and if there is already a law in place, why not put it into action. Maawa naman kayo sa mga abang mamamayan ng Pilipinas. Baka naman ibulsa pa yan May GOD wake you up.
