  • about 3 months after surgery, I begin strength training my arm again. I show you the physio routine I have been given using a 5 pound weight.

    I broke my wrist a year ago and it’s taken the whole twelve months for it to start to feel fully functional again and I’m finally able to do pushups and ride a bike.

      Progress man.. there’s times I think I’m better and capable of things till I try .. kind of annoying but I know in time it’ll be good
