Bro, I just watched your video about the Ttop seals and thought your voice sounded familiar. Looked at your other videos and found this one with the splattered plenum. I didn't know you had a Z32 channel bro😂😂😂. - Steph and John from Tampa.
Brent Lawson super easy to do jack up the front end of the car higher than the back end so that you insure one hundred percent that the reservoir is higher than the pump fully fill the reservoir with automatic transmission fluid as the z32 uses automatic transmission fluid it does not use power steering fluid do not mix them. Then start the car the pump will do with the Pumped Us best and then with the wheels still off the ground because your nose was jacked up higher than the Ascend go ahead and move the steering wheel all the way from the left locked position slowly to the right locked position and back and forth slowly about 20 or so times from Full lock to full lock in order to pump any and all air bubbles out of the power steering rack and fully circulate all the fluid through the reservoir in the power steering pump itself. Should take 15 minutes to a half hour tops depending on how dry your system was
what about relocating the reservoir to the rear where the battery is? (battery relocated to the trunk) Thinking of doing that instead of having it inside the nose panel, less crammed in there otherwise. Any thoughts?
Good idea, long as you heat sleeve the larger hose as itll be running over the exhaust hot side. I chose this route becaise it hides the majority of everything. Onstead of keeping it in plain sight. But def can do ot the way you stated if you prefer.
Sick video brother helped me figure out my relocation!
appreciate that! and heck yes, get'er done brother, worth it! so much cleaner

Thanks for the post. How do you bleed the air out of the system?
