1993 European Armwrestling Championships London, Great Britain Men’s Right 110kg 1. David Tchelidze - Georgia * 2. Magnus Samuelsson - Sweden 3. Hagen Römer - Germany Men’s Right 110+kg 1. Zaur Tsakadze - Georgia 2. Robert Brown - England * 3.
@@jayclean5653 I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be in the top three. He has world-class grip, arm, and chest strength, along with a long arm to help with top-rolling. Magnus has a smaller hand than Levan, but it would still make him struggle if he had trained in arm wrestling for the past two decades.
@@PlAsKusJ3GaRn No, Nathan was a real strongman. He would've been world-class if not for moving to wrestling and acting. The only reason he broke his arm was because he wasn't aware of how dangerous twisting your body is in arm wrestling, which is why they took the event away.
More old school footage is on its way!

Niceee
8:40 ABBA in the background.. video couldn't be more Swedish 🇸🇪👍

Maaaaaaan Magnus and arm wrestling
What a great athlete and a truly wonderful personality
Thank you so much for sharing this 👌
Was cool to see him armwrestle!
Thanks for this. One of my favourite strength athletes!
Jacked Freddie Murcury gave Magnus a bad beating xD
Hahahah yeah 9:08 looks so much like him.
Jarmo Ruotsalainen
Wow! Maybe he can beat Levan
😂🥲
It would have been a nice touch if he had sung "We are the champions".
Go Magnus! 🇸🇪 Väldigt kul att se 💪
💪💪💪
Damn, Freddie Mercury...
Många ansikten man kände ingen förutom bröderna Samuelsson.
I met Magnus 2001 at Vic Falls Zambia, what a great guy!
Awesome
💪💪💪
That’s when Magnus thought: well, I’ll show you all!
And from then on he began to train his hands properly )))
Andreas är med ochså ... Jävligt kul teknik
Väldigt unik teknik! 💪
Rundström var ett monster! Klart bäste svenske armbrytare historiskt på manliga sidan
I was wondering where Magnus was then you spot the guy who's a foot taller than everyone else!

wow that Jarmo Ruotsalainen looks very dominant. how long did he pull, any specific matches for someone new to him to look up?
In an earlier Strongest Man competition he broke another competitors arm during the arm wrestling event. Don't think they did one since.
If Magnus did go for arm wrestling, would he be in the top 5 today with the superman from Canada and the Hulk from Russia?
Idk if he would be top 3 in the world, but the dude had great genetics so he would probably have been a world class super heavyweight.

@@manapaws5507 I agree. I wasn't saying he couldn't be a top 3 guy, just that it would be hard. He had all the talent in the world.
He would be too old to compete with Devon or Levan now, but he wouldve reached the very top for sure
Jeffrey Dahmer vs Freddy Mercury
Question is: would Nathan Jones lose to this guy 8:50 or did Magnus get so much better in the next 2 years :)
Nathan Jones would probably lose to most armwrestlers. Mostly because he'd break his own arm everytime 🤷♂️

Tank top guy would of had his hands full ten years later.
Nobody hade a chance against that blond Tarzan
