Thank you brother! You keep it simple and real. Very nice work! The concise nature of your presentation is efficient and punctual. Effective. Delivers. Cheers!!!
Last time I shot a pistol prone was from stumbling over a log while trying to quick reload my muzzle loader. Elk tried to run but still ended up in the freezer with that good old .44 mag revolver. Maybe wasn't my fastest draw ever but I don't think that bull noticed. Nothing wrong with shooting prone if the situation puts you there.
Good stuff, rarely talked about. This would go done well with changed hold when slanting to one side underneath something. A video how to transition between positions safely while weighed down. A checklist if you will about needed mobility, fitness. I think there is lots of hidden gems that are nothing big to you guys that'd make a big difference. Like that hook tool Dave has on him to clear stuck brass. Maybe something about orienteering, a collection of situations where even a pro might muzzle someone to be aware. A medical video series with always one situation, steps to take, time frame, showing it on models with the best tools and with the bare minimum if there is nothing else. Communication and terrain.
Thanks for the lesson. One thing though, I was always told that when rising from a prone or kneeling position to check my 6 to be sure there wasn't a team mate setting up behind me. You know, friendly fire to the back of the head and all that. Is that a thing or not really?
Thank you!! the support hand on the ground interlocking with the pinky finger of the firing hand is so stable! Cant wait to try this at a 2gun match at some point 😀 (doubt ill be in a firefight anytime soon 😹) hope we can get some similar vids on using barricades for supporting handguns, ive not had goodluck using them
I don’t care for any of those positions. That’s probably cuz I don’t do them very well, tbh, but I’m not alone on that. I have alternatives to each that not only I but just about anyone can do. Not saying it’s better, but maybe easier.
@@kamilb1729 I once ruined a good wool blanket that I wrapped up and covered my legs while shooting through my knees. .44 magnums definitely have a barrel cylinder gap. Funny.....hitting my femoral artery was not a concern. Sight picture and trigger control was. Wife was not happy since she really liked that blanket. Opps....lol
Going prone with the Frogman. Bravo sir!

Good video. These days you never know. One more piece of knowledge in your tool box. 👍

First!! Thanks for the vids guys!!!!!!!
Awesome
Cool 👍
That ground looks much more comfortable than my range’s jagged gravel with thorny mesquites sprouting up
How far away are you from the target?
Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding... Rullee?!
I’d say 20 to 25 yards. There are several back there.

Gotta be careful on that on the back position for sure dont want to hit your femoral artery on accident
