Great video on how to use KT tape’s Recovery Wave product for pain relief. It’s PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic frequency) technology that allows for enhanced recovery from aches and pain and injuries. It works to recalibrate the ion charge in damaged cells. Basically works like a battery to kick start healing in tissue.

Just purchased for my shoulder, can't wait to use it. The pain has become horrible and everything I'm reading and seeing makes me hopeful.

I have been using this product for over 10 years for sore back, knees, and shoulders. Also was amazingly effective after my shoulder replacement surgery. Took away almost all the inflammation and had full range of motion week after surgery. Definitely works.

I've had great results with it myself. No side effects, I just tape it to whatever hurts.

Thanks for this. I just picked one up today. So is it targeting muscles? Ligaments? Tendons?
Would it help soft tissue recovery after major surgery? Like a mastectomy or abdominal surgery?

What worries me is after the 250 hours can you charge this device?

No, it’s a disposable product. Hopefully we’ll see more companies starting to create similar devices and eventually have a rechargeable or replaceable battery option.
