    Does it matter how soon after exercise/running you do this kind of cupping for the knee pain? Could I do it same day as exercise? Right after? Wait a few hours? Thanks!

    Does this regenerate cartilage?? Because thats what we want in Chondromalacia patella right..?

    Whats the difference between myofascial cupping and cupping ? How do you differentiate the two ?

      Myofascial cupping involves more movement and shearing of the fascia. Traditional cupping just has the cups sit on the patient for an extended time with no movement to induce shearing forces.
