buff mercy (in my opinion) represents people who try to put their ideals on others, disregarding other points of view. i mean yeah she is right, but something is off about saying "i am right" in a play with more than a right and a wrong path. great character
or, now hear me out, she is genuinely trying to stop her planet from being destroyed by offering her self to keep you there forever in the least damaging and most appealing way she can think of
@@z0drakd0vah4 She's also full of herself: "I will be seen as a hero". It makes you wonder if she's doing for similar reasosn as The Hand or for her own reputation and pride.
@@richardo490 she's manipulative "self-righteous" and acts entirely for her own gain. Not to mention her in battle dialogue portrays her character in an even worse light, imagine hearing those kinds of things from a family member, the constant switching between nurture and anger, she's borderline abusive.
The fact that buff mercy's motives are still being questioned to this day proves that this game and the devs did their job right. Btw the character designer is the same one that made afro samurai so you could see the similarities in questioning the moral of the characters.
I've been listening to the soundtrack for over a year and finally decided to pick the game up on Switch, what an amazing piece of work by everyone involved.
Me in my first playthrough : "Oh well, this is Easy Mode, I know I won't have access to the ending anyway, my friend told me. So let's see if there's actually a Pacifist Ending within this cutscene." *proceeds to get the Easter Egg Ending in his first playthrough of the game*
@@nirjhar4803 Yeah, I was trying to get used to the controls, and when I saw that I wouldn't get an ending anyway, I decided to end it there and then I switched to Normal Mode later.
All you don't forget the credits in this secret ending (that's mean, this is the true end) +the game Haven(same creator) is convenient with this ending
Actually, if you hit continue in the main menu after choosing this ending, you'll find yourself back in your cell, with your savefile deleted. That means The Song put you back in your cell, with the only way back being escaping again.
What you say is that all five Guardians before Song are miraculously brought back to life so you can break free and kill them again? And when you reach Song she offers you exactly the same deal hoping that you go for it once again? That's utter bullshit.
How? Aside from the chopped vocal melody, it's a super straightforward synthpop/synthwave track. It's easily the most accessible track, and by far the least experimentally challenging. Just a solid bop with a hella good hook.
"How many times must I make you fall before you realise that I was right?"
“I was wrong, you deserve nothing but shocks and chains.” -The Song
She is like Mercy.
But merciless.
@MTC I mean she is like Mercy from Overwatch. It was a joke tho.

i forgot what song I clicked on so i was very confused what buff mercy meant for a second cuz me and my friends always call her “the English teacher”

You played on Promenade?

i ended up getting this ending on furier, so i had to refight all those bosses before her
@@pachicore I did it by accident on my furier playthrough, still replayed it again since I had locked down my skills on the first few bosses.
Rider just Stay HOME.
Yeah, We don't want him to get covid-19
@@justsomeguyontheinternet3822 Rider is Covid 19. That's why he's locked-up.
@@ShadowDRGN Oh shi.
Clearly we need to end the lockdown so Covid-19 can return to the mothership and destroy it.
Thanks a million for the hard work put into delivering these arrangements, it is much appreciated
She is like mercy but buffed to the point she's even stronger than the one shot roadhog
Phase 4 & 5 is a great transition, such chaotic energy!
I think this is my favorite track.
same
My favorite track is "You're Mine."
My favorite track is whichever one I’m listening to at the moment. There’s not a bad song in this game.
@@mightyminotaur5056 bruh same hahah
Love this track...
Perfect the way it is :)
thanks i was looking for an extended verison of this song but this will work. XD
Hey, at least it's something.
....everyone has a choice.....
Wuh oh furier scary
Joli taff cette version
i need phase 4&5 loop PLEASE
So was the remix on the soundtrack not used in game at all? Seems like the Desperation phase is the perfect place to have the remix.
It's present during the credits roll when you choose (or not) the Song's ending.
All you don't forget the credits in this secret ending (that's mean, this is the true end) +the game Haven(same creator) is convenient with this ending
You decide to stay 'cause you think it's the best choice, but then in the end you notice he's back at the cell... Damn winged liar.
Wait, really? I didn't notice that.. That would totally change my thoughts on this fight...
Not true, it's a valid ending to the game. Choosing to continue from there on out is the same as choosing to start a new save file.

Michał Karkowski maybe the rider is just an idiot?

The one track in the whole thing I can't stand at all. :(
