Thanks Will! Panther Canyon Nature Trail at Landa Park is very family friendly and a shorter trail. Comal Trail in New Braunfels is short too. This my favorite, but it's long: Dante’s Trail: San Marcos’ Purgatory Creek Natural Area
Thanks for posting these videos. I really appreciate your time. I have been living between Toronto and New Jersey. Honestly I'm sick of cold weather and high cost of living. I'm considering moving to Texas to start a new life and relocate my business. My only concern was the ability to find work as I build up my business in a new location. I know wages will not be the same as the east coast. Is it easy to find work? I prefer working in the same town as I live to avoid long commute times. I have solid work history for many years in various industries. Thank you in advance. All the best.
There is no Blotter Report here in New Braunfels so that is hard to answer. We did have a Car Club from San Antonio doing dounuts under a red light in town. And the sirens never stop for more than 4 hours daily. So, I am going to say its not Vegas. But, its not Mayberry either.
It's open to anyone who wants to move here. my experience is very friendly people who open their doors to you, quite literally, regardless of ideas or beliefs. That's my experience.
Most people prefer others to mind their own business here unless you stick your nose in it. As for as progressive ideals. Well, there is a reason people move here and it is not for progressiveness.
Once again excellent video Raad. Keep up the great work.
Once again, Terry, thanks for watching! Working on the next one
Great information. I can’t wait to move to New Braunfels Texas.
Thank you Iris. When you moving?
Great video! :D Is there a good list of nice hiking/walking spots and such somewhere? Would like to get the family out the house a little more lol.

Hi Al, thanks for watching. Finding works depends on what you do. Can you explain?
What about Smithson Valley High School ?
Watch our TOP Rated Neighborhoods video :)
Music too loud & distracting.
Yea this is “live” music country JB W. That’s not changing
@@raadalawanrealtor I'm talking about your video, not venue's.
@@JBW78133 oh lol. Yea I stopped using music late last year. Thanks for the feedback
What about crime? Is or isn’t high?
I live in New Braunfels, and that's never been on my mind. Like anywhere else, you get your pockets.

Is New Braunfels open to open progressive ideals or is its strictly conservative?

NB is rather conservative. With conservative values.
