this is the same engine I had in my Boat Hav - Briss, Norwegian trawler, I owned her in 1977 at 21 yrs old..she was fine, what a nice engine..Thom in Scotland.

yeah it is spoil because you put the guard over flywheel and cannot see if it is start up

So this is in a museum?
You need to cut a hole in the flywheel guard so we can see the thing turning.
The whole front of that guard should have been removed, and replaced with something of glass or plexiglass
