Tera Water Gliscor is a pain in the neck. It literally can flip a battle on its head with a well timed Tera. A Fling Acro set works really well. Trevenant works really well as an anti-Trick room Pokémon and it's uncommon typing makes it awkward to play around. I've seen it work in sun too with harvest. Hippowdon is arguably better than Tyranitar. It can nearly tank anything and has reliable recovery which Tyranitar doesn't have access to. Vaporeon can be a very pesky Pokémon to take down if you let him set up a Calm Mind. Lycanroc and Kleavor amazing on Sand teams. Lycanroc can ohko some variants of pelipper and Talonflame with a max attack Life Orb Accelerock. Kleavor also lays down rocks with Stone Axe without having to dedicate a move slot to it. Both Pokémon really benefit from the boosted special defense in Sand too.
I think that Amoonguss needs to be in S-tier, after Incineroar it's the best support Pokémon. It's large movepool will make it unpredictable. In format H it can also use clear smog or toxic build. Or it can even go with bullet seed hitting Annihilape for boosting Rage Fist.
I know you put Trevenent in the "don't" list, but it is surprisingly good. I personally have used it as an Anti-TR mon with Imprisson-TR, with leach seed and horn leach. In comp you need a healer to make emboar work with its hidden ability, but it gets a crazy boost in trick room thanks to Hammer Arm. I can see it working on a trickroom variant psyspam team to counter dark types being immune to psyspam, or on a trick room sun team as a cleanup attacker after torkoal chunks a few hp bars, both of which can have either polteageist or Indeedee as its un-fake out-able trick room setter. It does well into Rillaboom who has to set grassy terrain to get priority, and sacrifices priority for a shot to High Horsepower, which he can’t get off under trick room. Fighting types clean up Incineroar and Archaludon, very good to hear! You can learn either Wild Charge or Head Smash, both super effective into Murkrow and Pelipper. You have flare blitz to blast goldhengo, but the matchups into other psyspammers and into ghost and ground types is rough, but you do also get grass knot for some reason so you can do the funny to Ursaluna BM sometimes.
i like to slot politoed on rain teams that already have a flying type like murkrow. Poli also gets helping hand, haze, and icy wind. so you don't need to run haze on murkrow anymore you can run another move such as rain dance, taunt, protect, or brave bird

@@ScooteezyVGCwell I know from experience that eviolite eelektrik can take a hit from ursaluna so maybe that can work instead. I’ll do anything to make him useful. Also it does outspeed in trick room.
Arboliva and galarian Slowking are the goat gotta leave the video after the 2 minutes
I am a arboliva, but sadly I don't think it's that good :( I always have high hopes for it, and it lets me down
@@ScooteezyVGC Trick room Av Tera ground earth power 1 shots Miraidon but ok 🤷🏻♀️
@@viviannabriano5645 this is for regulation G :(
Miraidon is banned
@@ScooteezyVGC correct but I've been playing Arboliva since the beginning the trick is in the early formats is to run grassy seed. Along with its ability seed sower. It will always activate even if Arboliva is hit by knock off. Strength sap Tera Fairy dazzling gleam is goated
@@viviannabriano5645 I don't think is going to be as good as you think on a meta centered around tera grass Dondozo. Maybe on the right team.
I'd say h electrode should be average in My opinion since you can ohko and outspeed urseluna in tailwind and also use loaded dice bullet seed on ahnilliape
It has some interesting niches, I just don't see it getting much play, but I could be wrong
Also why don't you put Kanto trodd in don't
Lol
big...
The disrespect for my sword dance hitmonchan😢
Want me to name every other better sword dance user? 😂
Looking at everyones tier list, Gamefreak should buff the bug type a little bit. As a bug type fan, it hurts so much to see every bug type being shit.
There's a lot that should be buffed/nerfed but that's a topic for another video 😂
Friend Guard Tailwind Vivillion is like the only bug I can see being used right now. Besides volcarona
Not even gunna hold you chief, but try Bellibolt next to Gastrdon and tell me that aint pure magic
Bellibolt was definitely used successfully in earlier formats.
Belli might be a little disrespected on this list, I'll definitely need to look at it on certain teams
I was loving this video you said…Arkaninay?
I hope you didn't get to the gen 7 starters then 😂
@@ScooteezyVGC don’t get me started. Also Gengar?!?!
@@joshdoe7288 I didn't even realise I said it wrong 😂😂😂 but a few people have meantioned it

no way he disrespected the best and only electric type in the format the OG Pelipper bully Jolteon
Idk man, the archaludon next to peli looking at jolteon like a snack

I’m here trying to listen while I do other stuff and I can’t get what Pokemon he’s talking about . .
Ye this is my bad, I really do need to be better for the audio listener's
Primape should be higher. Anger point pared with Eviolite make him better then his evolution!
I disagree with excadrill, he is a sand menace, he should be higher
Also I think ampharos and toucannon are usable.
Ampharos does a good job taking hits ant toucannon has a lot of potential to stop phisical attackers and coverege.
The pronunciation of these mons is killing me
😂😂😂
never stop saying the names like that
Yes. I love seeing all the comments about him pronouncing things wrong 😹
goat
My 🐐
That arcanine pronunciation was atrocious
😂😂😂 it worked as intended
Why is gliscor in don't
Gliscor is my guy, and a beast in singles, but it's kit doesn't translate to VGC, not a good offensive piece, doesn't have good support moves. If you're going to run a sand veil mon, use garchomp, and if you're not using sand, your better if going hyper cutter
Why do you keep pronuncing Pokemon names wrong?
I don't? That's that they are called in Australia 🤷
Lycanroc in don’t?
This was a mistake, I corrected it when I got to it
I think toed beats pelipper because of haze
They function very differently, but that's cool since they work better with different partners
@@ScooteezyVGC for sure. So far I've felt like if I don't have haze, it's always possible to just get rolled by dozo. Especially on a rain team where you likely have multiple water types
Enjoyed this video but couldnt just listen because of the heavy use of nicknames. Coulndt tell what mon was being talked about by looking back because it was already placed on tier list 👎🏾
I'll try be better in the next one
You are a RUclipsr! You got time to properly rank them all!
My time to record is quite limited, if I was to do it "properly" right now, it would take me 3 days to record
No lokix 😕
Good reason for it to 😂
Its nuts how well hisuan owl is doing rn
Ye i underrated it for sure

The gen 7 grass starter?
I got it eventually. 😂
Nahhh your don’t tier isn’t well thought out. The power and speed level has been reduced drastically. You haven’t considered supportive roles properly.
Can you give me an example of a support you think I under valued?
I would love to hear what in the Don’t tier you think offers good support
@@ScooteezyVGC Vileplume… chlorophyll.. base 50 speed is enough to out speed everything non scarfed. Base 110 special attack hits hard enough with strong grass, poison and fairy coverage. Can used sun weather ball for steel types. Can be paired with torkoal/trick room to apply pressure. Still has support moves like toxic, charm, pollen puff(which can be used offensively), strength sap, helping hand, after you. Can heal with leech seed, synthesis, giga drain, moonlight and if you are worried about fake out… covert cloak. Tera… not even considered…. But I love vileplume so maybe I am just little salty. 😂….. There are many more that are viable and you don’t have to struggle or make a gimmick team. You have to stop and think.
@@masonoverton4063with the reduction in power many are viable…misdrevious, Stantler definitely magmortar and electivire. All the paradox abilities, ruin abilities and speed/attacks over 400(lvl 100) were just too much.
@@zorroluffy3483 the next time I do one near the end of the month, I'll definitely touch on everything, this was just supposed to be my initial thoughts, and while I will admit I was probably a little disrespected to some mons, I am someone who ranks Pokemon for tournament play, not what you could cheese with on the bo1 ladder. Now if we get a GC on this format that might change things, but as far as I'm aware, we won't get one into Feb ~
