It might lead to even more speed improvements.
Watching this in 2021 and these tips were amazing! Keep up the good work!
Love this plugin. I prefer this rather than the rest
Hi Jocelin, it definitely is a great plugin. I've found that the best caching plugin for your site depends heavily on what you have running on your site. So I do like this plugin, but it's not always the best choice depending on your setup.
Either way thanks for watching!
hi
Well it worked perfectly, thank you so much for this video, it was really hard struggling with a slow wordpress site. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Daisy and thanks for watching!
If you have a complex setup with fx. WooCommerce, WPML, ACF etc, this cache plugin may not be the best choice, since it can sometimes delay the visibility of your changes, so the cache must be cleared quite often. I've gone over to Cache Enabler as my most used cache plugin. 😊
Hi Alex, thanks for the tip! I've never used Cache Enabler. But I have had delays in changes appearing (especially CSS changes) with every caching plugin I've ever used...
Helpful video! Thank you.
You're welcome, thanks for watching!
Thank you

Thank you, very informative! Quick question, which screen capture video software are you using? I really like the highlight and zoom features
Hello. I am using the fast cache plugin. But there is another plugin, when you hover over a domain name, the site immediately opens and it also works on all pages. But this increases the load on the server. Now I can't find this plugin I liked the most. Can you tell me what it's called? Regards, Yuri!
Thanks mate! :)
Thank You!
You're welcome, thanks for watching!

Thank you. For me even the WP Admin panel is super slow. For example, when I press save, it takes 5-10 seconds to save but when I watch other people's videos, things often save instantly. What could cause this? Can cache speed up the panel as well or only the frontend? what can i do to make the whole thing faster. Thanks
Thank you for your good contents!
I set fastest cache in my site which use SSL, and I can see my main page in my computer, but others computer and my phone, there is blank page which is nothing.
I delete fastest cache and others can see my site.
Can't I use fastest cache in SSL?
It should work with an SSL. It sounds like there could be a plugin conflict. You probably see a cached version of the pages on your computer when the plugin is active.
I would try a different caching plugin like WP Super Cache (here's a tutorial: ruclips.net/video/mvwIwA9ysfg/видео.html ) or W3 Total Cache (here's a tutorial: ruclips.net/video/2Q_V95ip7Pc/видео.html ).
I hope that helps and thanks for watching!
cool...
Thanks and thanks for watching!
So is it better to use the gzip compression via the htaccess file or with this plugin? Or can you use both?
Hi Jim,
I would use one or the other. If that's the only feature your using from the plugin then use the code and save the plugin install.
If you're using the plugin for other stuff I would use it for the GZIP. The affect will be the same either way. I'm pretty sure the plugin just adds the GZIP code to your htaccess file.
I hope that helps and thanks for watching Jim!
Does it connect to payment gateway for free ?
Does installing a caching plugin automatically override your hosts internal caching?? (I'm using DreamHost)
Hey Josh, it's not automatic. If you run both you'll be double caching. It's better to have just one system doing the cache for you.
I hope that helps, let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching!
Sir, There is any loss of cache plugin in coupon site. if i usr cache plugin.
After I installed the plugin and set it up, no photos were able to be seen on my website anymore, so I deactivated it - why is that?
Should i delete the cache? Where i see delete cache in the plugin
Hi Alwayne,
The best times to delete the cache are after you've made changes to your website or if some pages are showing old content for some reason.
When you are actively making changes to your website (especially CSS changes) I usually delete the cache and disable the plugin until the changes are completed. Then reactivate the plugin.
I hope that helps and thanks for watching!
Will my decreased site load time affect SEO and google rankings?
Hello. Nice video. I have terminated setup and I have found into .htaccess this code:
Header set Expires "Mon, 29 Oct 1923 20:30:00 GMT"
How to set up it correctly?
Thanks.
Is this supported as of writing this? Wont update.
Hi, what is your the best 3-speed up plugins for Woocommerce Wordpress web site?
Hi Remzi,
I would say my top two are:
WP Rocket: ruclips.net/video/zgEN3oBPSgY/видео.html
And NitroPack: ruclips.net/video/Ai-0h_VlGpI/видео.html
The videos above are walkthroughs of both plugins. They are both premium, but you get what you pay for.
I hope that helps :) Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching!
we need a totorial about dreamhost .thanks a lot

Hi Amar, do you mean you have a CDN set up with CloudFlare and it shows an error when using this plugin? What is the error message?

Hi, Thanks for the details, but I have a question. Recently I've activated my ssl so my website name is starting with https now! Should I check the "Reduce HTTP requests" boxes or you think its not necessary to do it since the website starts with HTTPS? www.bestasiatours.com/
Good question. I would still check "reduce http requests" because it will still work with https.
I hope that helps and thanks for watching!
But can you explain what Chaching does?
My WP fastest cache plugin turned to chinese & when I try to save the settings to english it loads my website page to a 404 error. This did not work for me.
Hi I tried to install WPFC to replicate your problem but it has been banned from WP Network. When I tried to install I received the following message: This plugin is not allowed on our system due to performance, security or compatibility concerns. Please contact support with any questions. I would suggest either contacting support or just exchanging caching plugins. If you simply search caching on our RUclips Channel we have several videos on different caching plugins. Let us know if that helps and thanks for reaching out. ruclips.net/user/WPLearningLabfeatured Regards Nickie
What happens if it fails to load ?
If the plugin fails to load it should not affect much. Are you encountering some problems?
What about htaccess?
I can't believe my eyes. The loading speed has increased and the loading time decreased significantly beyond belief. Thanks for the heads up.
I'm a total idiot when it comes to this stuff and am scared to delete my cache - it wont delete my pages or anything, right? Can't bring myself to hit the delete cache button lol
irony is it slowed down my site
That is ironic and annoying. Luckily, you should be able to disable the plugin and go back to how things were.
Fun fact: Marco is my middle name :)

There is lot of fog around you
BUT all this plugins are completely nonsense and unnecessary with IIS-webservers. You need them only If you're using a stupid linux-servers. THIS information should be added to the video!
I'll add it to future tutorials. I didn't know that about IIS webservers. Do they have some sort of auto-caching? All of of the website hosts I've encountered are linux. Only private servers I've worked on where IIS based.
The caching on IIS has changed over the last years and in the web you can find many old outdated tips and informations, that are not longer valid. One these is to install "wincache.dll" to speed up IIS-servers. But IIS does caching by itself, so "wincache.dll" is not longer needed. The second is to install WP Fast-Caching plugins, but they are not working on IIS with PHP, only on Linux.
Instead of all these thinks you should active "php_opcache.dll" in php.in - the new Zend-Extention for PHP-Code-caching. But you will find many examples in the web that are for Linux and are incorrect for Windows-IIS-servers. It is only required to add in php.ini "zend_extension=php_opcache.dll" (this MUST be in main [PHP] section and not at the end of php.ini) and in section [opcache] to set "opcache.enable=1". Thats all. There are many additional opcache-options in php.ini for fine- or extrem-tuning of the caching.
So good thank you!!
You're welcome, thanks for watching!
