If the battery was going flat it may have been a problem with alternator. He had a 30 day warranty, the dealer should have got a mechanic to look at it.

I LITERALLY just received a refund Monday 3 days ago because i bought a new car and the dealership put plates on instead of transferringmy old ones. I dropped my plates off at the dmv and the dmv sent me a check because i still had 8 months on my registration. You pay for a year or how ever mamy years and if uou dont use the registration that long you get your money back. Clearly the defendant doesnt know how the dmv workd
