End Grain Cutting Boards

Here I document the process in how I make an end grain cutting board.
After some positive feedback from some cutting boards I made as gifts, I posted on Facebook to see who would want to buy one. Overwhelmingly I got 16 orders in just a few days. Thanks so much!
A lot of sanding (A LOT) has been cut for brevity. It's the most boring part of woodworking, and I'm sure the most boring part to watch.
Boards are made from a variety of woods. Each customer was allowed to choose whichever 2 they liked.
Hard Maple
Walnut
Purple Heart
Cherry
Padauk
All boards are finished with mineral oil.
