First I'd like to state that THIS message by William Murphy had some GOOD points that are clearly aligned with the word of God. I think that we've heard so much prosperity and name it and claim it gospel that's so far off that when the actual true prosperity of God is being taught we miss it. In chapter 5 he references them getting circumcised. By this time most if not all the children of Israel were born in the wilderness meaning most if not all of them were UNcirmcumsised. So they all went up to a place to be circumcised for the first time. Regardless if they did it in tents 1 by 1 or if they all were out in the open, we have to realize that grown men are in this predicament. Even worse, they performed this procedure before a battle. So even though they healed I'm sure they were weak. The walls of Jericho seemed insurmountable. And Joshua instructed them to walk around then shout. You know how crazy that sounds???? What william Murphy is "promising" may seem crazy but it is still possible through God. Keep in mind that NONE of the original people that were PROMISED to walk into the promise land actually made it. Their children did....We limit God and his word and don't even realize it. Even when it comes to GIVING he got that STRAIGHT from Joshua 6:19. All the silver and Gold was to be offered unto the lord. Again something that sounds crazy in today's time.
