Okay I agree with this so much, I started watching the Witcher and literally couldn’t make it through even one episode, I watched episode 5 first, cause it looked good, and I cringed so hard when Geralt and yennefer were like doing the smutty thing, I just want wholesome bard and Witcher adventures
Also I’d like to point out that AO3 has a growing community of Geralt/Jaskier fics so if any of you wanna go read some of those, do it. It’s worth it. There are so many episode 6 fix-its.
Honest to god, what a casting. I hear people talk about Henry for Geralt, or Anya for Yen, and while they are exceptional, Joey plays Dandelion perfectly.

Suggestion to the makers of The Witcher: please make a show entirely cutting out everyone else and just have geralt and jaskier and fall it The Adventures of The Witcher and The Bard
To be fair, I think the ones we've seen him flirt with in the show are from what I can remember are only Yennefer for the briefest moment before she starts to creep him out and the two women protecting the dragon (I genuinely forgot the names of both them and the guy they're protecting. I'm sorry). All of which are already very unlikely for him or most other people to succeed flirting with. He did suggest with his wording the Countess that left him had done so several times already, meaning he also managed to convince her to come back to him several times. Damn, I hope I worded that right.
Currently reading the book the show is based on, and Geralt isn't nearly as surly as they had him be in the show. He actually openly says Jaskier (or Dandelion as he's called in the book) is his friend.
