The little group is an interesting mix of people and I actually liked all of them, they really force Geralt to get over his "go it alone" mentality which I appreciate. They sass the hell out of him and it's great. I feel like not much actually happens in that book plot wise, it's more about character development with a dash of plot.

Also I can name a few instances in the show that shows this, but this ones my favorite. In the beginning when you see geralt walking with that girl whose leading him to a dead monster she asks for his name and he responds, well, with his name and she says “like garroter?” And in a later episode when Jaskier was trying to make a song, the lyrics he came up with was “I am weak, I’m in love, and I’m wanting; Gorgeous garroter, judge and jury”

Geralt has 99 problems, and Jaskier is the cause of at least 98 of them, whether directly or indirectly. The other 1 is probably keeping his hair so white with constantly being covered in blood and monster guts.
Random thought: Jaskier's best look was the dark teal doublet (with red accents) and pants with the pale cream chemise. The light blue didn't have enough color contrast, and the gold one had nice textures but also suffered from having little color contrast. Jaskier/Dandelion is VIBRANT, his clothes are supposed to have MULTIPLE COLORS and DRAW ATTENTION ON A VISUAL LEVEL. The red one in ep. 6 was decent though; interesting cutout patterns, embroidery, contrasting chemise underneath.
