    I think now-a-days people just are being rude and will NOT reply no matter what. I've sent emails asking "Jeff, are you still interested in pre-planning?" and they just don't respond. In the body of my emails, I'll say... If you are no longer interested in pre-planning, you can reply to this email and let me know. This way we won't keep trying to get you to move forward with us if you're already taken care of"... something to that effect and people will not hit the "reply" button and say anything! So then I have to let them know that I will check in on them periodically since I haven't heard from them just to make sure they know that we are still here if they would like to get more info. The really frustrating part is that some of these folks may not even be alive any longer... Especially if the lead is from 2015 SMH. And I can't just get rid of them because there are some people that will FINALLY say to us... "Ready!" But, I won't give up and try what you shared. Thank you, Marcus!

    Screw the following up email I just send them : Since I have not heard from you on this, I have to assume your priorities have changed.
