You are so right! That was her partner last year and we had just cut a match with Andrei in it. Thanks!

Sorry to say that it’s a nightmare to have a partner like the red shirt man 😢

You are missing the point that they are in the us open finals. They must have done something right. Also you dont know the details of their strategy. Maybe his partner had an injury requiring more coverage. Think a little before coming up with this emotional c**p.

Karges keeps trying to lob on a guy who looks to be at least 6’3” - not a bright strategy that got her the expected poor results. Now lobbing on Whitwell, who is at least 50 pounds overweight for a professional athlete, is a smarter strategy, even though she is quick for her size. At the very least it would wear her out if not, be successful the first time or two. But neither Karges nor Weinbach lobbed on Whitwell.

Weinbach and Rick Wisken both make the same noises and jerky movements. Who is copying who ?😊

The red shirt guy doesn’t want the red shirt lady to play

Dave Weinbach is known for being aggressive and do some poaching. We would guess every partner who plays with him knows it is going to happen and are ok with it. Sometimes, though, he gets too much in the zone.

So does the guy in red ever let his female partner hit shots in the middle?

Flashing the "P" logo between every point is very annoying

I am really confused, because my wife and I just started getting in the Pickleball and everything that I’m watching is going against everything that I was taught. The one guy keeps cutting in front of his teammate, and then he served on the same side that she was standing on. Am I missing something here?

Poaching is usually frowned upon in rec play but the pros use it to their advantage when there is understanding between themselves. The other thing you may be noticing is stacking. Watch this video here ➡️ ruclips.net/video/Cqxdnr6rdfc/видео.htmlfeature=shared

It’s poaching. You have to move in mirrored synch..side to side, however he should let the female steadily keep the ball in play before predicting .

Weinbach needs to shut the hell up with his obnoxious, unnecessary grunting and groaning. The refs need to call hindrances on him to prevent pickleball from turning into the mess that the ATP and WTA allowed with professional tennis.
I’m sure Weinbach will claim that he is simply exhaling upon exertion with gusto, but that’s at least partially a lie. Weinbach does not grunt or groan on his dinks, but he does it with sliced shots, and third shot drops, which require no more exertion than a dink. He is doing it to be annoying and to distract his opponents, plain and simple. Exact same thing that tennis cheats like Nadal, Sharapova and Azarenka did with impunity because the refs and tennis governing bodies lacked the guts to call out the sport’s big stars for hindrances, which were deliberate cheating.

You need to calm down. This might actually be good for the sport. Tennis has these players too.

This is Jaime Oncins and Lee Whitwell versus Dave Weinbach and Chris Karges.

    • @WisGuy4

      Way to show your ignorance.
Dave Weinbach has won numerous national championships and dozens of other titles. If there is a pickle ball Hall of Fame, he’s a first ballot unanimous admittee.
Lee Whitwell was the MVP of the first season of the MLP team event but she is now playing seniors since she has turned 50.
