I don't know exactly why but I find watching bodybuilders buy groceries, cooking food, and eating food to be one of the most fascinating and fun things to watch on RUclips. In fact that's probably what I watch most. You would think such a thing would be boring but it's not to me.
Manoo42 hope one day there will be, a place like that. Kinda like how “Hollywood” is where all actors move too, maybe if bodybuilding had a place like that, some cool restaurant chains, or healthy juice smoothie type of stores can come out of it.
@@kray97 That’s why I make my own. It’s basically just oats and nuts, tossed in a bit of oil and toasted in a low oven (250F/125C) for an hour. Homemade isn’t that much cheaper than store bought, but I’m also using better ingredients. Notes: - A little oil and sugar go a long way. For a whole sheet pan I might use 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of each. (I like avocado oil and molasses, but anything in that general family should work.) - For best results, stir every 15 minutes during cooking. - If adding dried fruit, add it after cooking. Putting already-dried fruit in the oven results in hard gummy pebbles. - Cooled thoroughly and stored in an airtight container, it’ll last up to two months.
You seem like a very cool and laid back dude. I started bodybuilding about a month ago after about 4 months of power lifting. Best decision I’ve ever made!!
The prep is simple, and it's more or less what I do already. But the motivational speech about consistency and keeping this shit up day after day.. that's what I'm here for. I need to hear that shit, so thank you for doing this

Fouad’s Most Important Tip For all you BB’ers. Leave your Wife, GF, BF, or significant other home on Grocery Trips. Buy the Shit you need & Forget about everyone else in the house! So true.
This grocery haul contained the Good, the Bad and the Ugly LOL. Also anyone who says body building is easy has no clue what they are talking about, Fouad is right you have to be so disciplined , there are no days off. I don't train for any type of competitions, I just do it for me and I am nowhere near what Fouad and these guys are at, but even for myself having a full time job, getting to the gym every day and meal prepping/cooking, well does not leave a ton of time for other stuff. Keep these great videos coming man, love em.
Getting back into it after two years being lazy sack of ... its really easy once you get the routine down but man it's like quitting smoking getting back into the routine. Thanks for the motivation.
I know this is old as shit and you wont see it but I have been watching so much of this content recently and coming off a horrible ACL/MCL/PCL injury which I had surgery for and post surgery I just lost my mojo, lost a heap of weight etc etc. Watching your content, Sam's etc has really just been a vibe and started helping me slowly get back into the gym and improving my quality of life, love ya legends.
Awesome video. Really needed that speech on being disciplined. Been at this far too long with no results. But damn a grocery store worker I was so triggered when you tossed that napkin on the shelf lol anyhow can’t wait for the next video! Would love to see a competition prep diet video or at least talk about what you would or wouldn’t use in the next meal prep video
If you go to an Asian market, you can get like a huge 15lb bag of sushi rice for cheaper than what you paid for those 4 little bags. Better quality too...
When you spoke about the mindset and always having that clock ticking away counting down to the next meal, I felt that. Developing that mind set is what sets the pros and amatures apart and I could feel that from the way you spoke about it. Hoping to reach that level of dedication to all aspects of life.
No matter 5 minutes video or 50 - Fouad is always keeping the dynamic of the shoot. It's always very interesting. From first miunte to the last. Always. Thanks for the work You do

Another sheet that I use, and I like to keep these in the car just in case is even better than the boil in bag rice… You can get it from uncle Ben’s or other companies as well. They now have pre-portioned rice, and a microwavable bag that you can just pop in there and then like 90 seconds you’ve got a bag full of rice. You can get white or brown whichever you want and I found beans the same way. So you can really keep a few things behind the seat in your car just in case you get caught short somewhere and you need to eat before you can get home because most places you can find a microwave.

I find it amusing that I would rather watch Fouad buy groceries than actually go out and buy groceries.
Hahaha true
Greg Rybak7 lol
Those are good groceries.

He's a profeseional grocery shopper.
The amount of discipline it takes to do what these guys do on a daily basis is mind blowing. My admiration for these guys is through the roof.

always refreshing when these bodybuilders actually have personalities. i need that shirt by the way
They all have personalities they just aren't your friend.
That meal with the rice, chicken, avocado and spinach looks quite healthy even for non-bodybuilders and very simple to prepare!.
There needs to be fast food Restaurant chain that serves food like this, instead of all the junk that is so easily obtainable everywhere.
