Pastor Vlad I have been beating myself up for months because I haven’t gotten on my knees to pray and worship my Father. Last night I did and the arthritis takes my heart off of the Lord and onto it. I can’t stay long so I was feeling like a failure at my worship and loving on my Father and showing Him respect and thankfulness, reverence. It was starting to take over my prayers. God our precious Father is so awesome and amazes me daily. When I listened to this I knew exactly it was Him telling me it doesn’t matter how my body is positioned when I pray. It matters where my heart is positioned.
I pray every night before sleep. I pray when I wake up through the night. I pray before I open my eyes in the morning and from the time I stand up till I go to bed I’m praying. I don’t know if praying is the same as talking to Him about everything, but I know I can’t go a few minutes without loving on Him or asking Him what He wants in me doing this or that. He lives in me so I talk to Him all day and night. I can’t imagine not talking to Him always. Ty for this message and for all your messages. They help in so many ways. ❤

The Holy Spirit brings conviction, the Devil brings condemnation. Do not be condemned, be convicted and rejoice in that conviction for it made you more righteous

Matthew 7:7 KJV - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Matthew 7:26 And everyone that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house on sand. -- and He tells us to do and be a lot between those 2 verses. Lean not unto your own understanding but EVERY word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
When asked to 'teach us to pray' we were given our Lord's prayer. These are the things for which we are to pray, for the things of God, not the wealth and desires of the world. We are to conform our wills to God's Will, for this is what will truly bring happiness. Did Jesus come to bring us riches & the lustful desires of our hearts? What sort of life did He live? He was born and raised in poverty, learned a working man's trade, taught Truth to correct our misconceptions, healed & fed people to demonstrate that He was God [for not all who needed healing were healed and not all were fed every day] , and He died a horrendous death to show us the Resurrection. To follow Him means to be willing to live as He did, to follow God's plan for our lives, not our own. Being Christian is not a life of ease, it is a life of Trust in God that He will be with me no matter what is going on around me and to me, that He has the ability to bring good out of whatever happens. Not that He will change things so I don't experience pain & suffering.

The Lord's flesh has been with him since the day he bodily resurrected and is still with him in heaven.
So, how does the bread transform into the Lord's flesh when his human flesh is with him since the day he resurrected from the Earth?
In short, accepting the flesh of Jesus Christ simply means that you accept Christ's body was broken for you.
If you still can't understand this simple truth, go to a doctor and scan your stomach after you have had the bread and wine from your church.
You won't find anyone's flesh and blood in there, but the bread and wine you ate and drank as it is.

I am convinced that Mary prayed for me when I asked and was key to helping save my marriage. As I sat in Mary’s chapel in Westminster Cathedral I prayed that she would help my wife and my children. At that moment the clouds must have passed long enough to allow a stream of beautiful sunlight come in the window, quickly followed by the sounds of children playing from a nearby school I was not aware of beforehand. She listened that day I am sure of it. Thank Mary for helping my family, and thank you God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit for being patient with me as I fought off temptations and for turning my heart of stone to a heart of flesh 🙏
I pray to Mary and the Saints not to idolise them but to request their help in praying for those in my life.

God is our true Creator, He created all the things we know in the present and He still creates wonders in the present, He who watches us from above, He who is the Only One who can save us from the pits of hell will remain in us and will love even the evil ones that are cussing His Perfect Being, because there is time to change our paths and He loves us because we have the power in us we need to bow before Him before it is too late for us He is Jesus Christ who will risks all the other sheeps only to save one and will go throughout every single place to find the lost one, even in the darkest of places because He knows that God is with Him and when God is with Him Our Savior can do unimaginable things and impossible things are as easy to overcome for Him as breathing air, because Our Savior is with Our Father that is in the Heavens So this is the time to change, if we don't take action in the present, our future is doomed and there is always time to change until there isn't and that my friend, brother, stranger, whatever you want me to call you will be your last time on this planet we call Earth, who was created by the Only God we need to trust and who we need to love with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength remember to turn to Him and to be with Him because i was evil in the past and did sin all day, my punishment for that was my anger, not controlling my actions and after Jesus Christ opened my eyes I started to see the truth, I was reborned, feeling more greater than ever before cause I could feel the Holy Spirit entering in me at that point, all the earthly things were pointless at the time when Jesus Christ was with me and guided me to the immortality that is in the Heavens. So repent, repent that your sins may be forgiven because God forgives all if we speak with Him, not to Him, to forgive us because we are nothing in the face of our God and we are nothing withouth Our Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ i will pray for you because He can do wonders, He can do the impossible and only He, remember that Only He can show us the way, can exterminate our temptations and deliver us from evil : for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. I am a Catholic and agree 100% with him. We don't pray to Mary and the saints.. we ask for their INTERCESSION since we believe they are closer to God. Just like when we ask our friends to pray for us or we pray for them and others.😇 LET'S KEEP ON PRAYING FOR ONE ANOTHER!

I do not understand why people think the Catholics pray to Mary or Saints. When I had the opportunity to get a closer understanding, I got to learn that they pray to the Holy Trinity and respect all those who walked with the Lord.
You are correct and Catholic is the first Christian church.
Maybe because to pray actually means to talk to a person(God)😊.If you are talking to a person to ask something, YOU ARE PRAYING. There’s only JESUS CHRIST as Mediator Who died at the cross and resurt for your sins. He’s actually the only one Who did this for the humanity, nor Mary nor the saints, nor the angels. Give your life to Jesus Christ Who loves you and you’ll never regret it . He’s the only one that will judge the humanity at the end of times, nor Mary, nor the saints, nor the angels. If your pointing on Catholics that we are praying to mary or saints letme correct you... We dont pray to mary or any saint we just ask for thier intersession...just like you tell yout friends and well wishers to pray for you in need

Vlad Praise the lord Brother, i was born to a catholic mom and a muslim father, my mothers father taught me the Hail mary prayer wen i was 7 years old, wen i was 10 years old i was taken to school to be taught quran but the hailmary prayer that i prayed inside me since 7 years till today never let me sin against 1st commandment, though in my 20s out of my pride i believed i dont need mary i can go directly to jesus...later Gods mercy restored me, iam a catholic since 22 but at 30 Mother Marys intercession through Rosary, consecration to her immaculate prayer and krepasanam covenant with Mary saved my marriage from divorce, rescued me from suicide, converted my drug addict brother to a christian, my siblings all become christians, my father quiting 49
Years of alcohol addiction, deliverance from financial troubles and many many more spritual blessings, i watch some of your videos bcoz it matches with catholic teachings in some of your messages Dear brother we may be gifted but the temptation to become God ourself tests everyone, the friendship of saints and their intercession will protect us from Pride... I'm 36 born in Catholic family (entire nation is tbh) and this year i finally learned (or rather still learning) how to pray (talk) to God. I threw away all rosaries i had, Mary from Fatima figure, icons, scripted prayers that made feel like a broken record or spellcaster. It's not what God expect from us, he is not voice recognition machine that counts scripted prayers.
How cruel and disrespect to our Blessed Lord's holy Mother...would you through away your dead grandmas picture or stop talking to her beyond the grave....no. I don't think so...
The Holy Catholic Church is a close knit family all praying for each other and praising and petioning God....

We Catholics most often ask Mary and the saints TO INTERCEDE THEIR FOR US TO GOD. NEWSFLASH!
When you pray to Mary, you are in violation of the scriptures. In 1 Timothy 2 : 5 , the scripture says, " There is one God and one MEDIATOR between God and mankind the man Christ Jesus , who gave himself for us. It's idolatrous when catholics referred to Mary as mediator. Besides, the so-called 'queen of heaven', Catholicism designated to Mary is a surreptitious introduction of an ancient Babylonian goddess that YAHWEH warned the Israelites against in (Jeremiah 7: 14-18).

If I can ask other Christians to pray for me in church, why cant I ask saints who are in Heaven to pray for me as well? I dont know if my fellow christians in church are going to Heaven for certain. The saints like Saint Paul and Peter are certainly there. Therefore why would I hesitate to ask them to pray for me since they are already in the presence of God and more closely united to Him?

We pray for one another. We just ask Mama Mary to pray for us, the same thing by the saints . Mama Mary and Saints are a model that we could be like the the way they became obedient to God.

The problem with that is that you’re praying to dead people. They are not divine. Were they men and women of God, yes. Can we learn from their teachings and their own obedience to God, yes. Jesus Specifically said in the Bible that he was going to go sit at the right hand of the father. That whatever we asked in his name. The Bible doesn’t teach or show Mary and the disciples teaching people to pray to them. The disciples teaching were all about Jesus Christ and leading people to Christ

Eternal life is given once you receive Gods gift by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You have no clue what the Bible says. I reccomend you reading the book of John, then Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Then read the book of Acts. Acts 2:38 Peter Replied, Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you shall recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Praying to dead people is not doing anything for you. Only through Jesus Christ is where you can recieve Eternal Life. You don't need Mary or any dead person that can't hear or see you for you to recieve God's gift. Gods gift is right in front of you to take it. You don't have to work hard for it. Accept Jesus Christ only and you'll be given that gift.
Worshipping/Praying For/Praying To the dead is a waste of time.

Mary is a powerful intercessor. So is saint Joseph and all of the saints.
Mary is a perfect and virgin woman . Mary is human. Mary is dead (sleep in peace) waiting for the Lord's second coming. She can't intercease our prayers.

We don’t pray the universe because that’s just matter, solid liquids, and gas. But Jesus Christ is alive, And supernatural, and he’s the only one that we have to pray too! Not to start a fight, but prayers to Mary and the saints started very early on in church history. It's not written tradition, but it is oral tradition.
But why would you pray to Mary or saints if you can pray directly to God? Plus the Saints and Mary can’t hear our prayers.
Not to start a fight, but no not really. Sure, I’m the grand scheme of things it started ‘early’. But in reality, the oldest references to praying to the dead for intercession only date to the 3rd Century.
Meaning we have at least a 167 Year gap. Meaning we can say fairly certainly that it wasn’t taught by the apostles or the early church fathers. If it was, we would Likely have older references than the 3rd century. (As far as I understand it) it’s believed that prayers to the saints originated from a branch of Judaism that believed the angles could pray for humans).
Now I believe that Praying to the saints is heretical, If not demonic in nature. God forbid the communication to the dead. We, as living humans were not to ‘summon’ or talk to the dead. There wasn’t a ‘heaven’ or ‘hell’ principle placed on this either. The book of Samuel even records an instance of a Seer summoning the spirit of Samuel for king Saul. It’s regarded as an evil act, even though Samuel was obviously saved. (I don’t mean in heaven as obviously only the sacrifice of Jesus could Atone. For sin). Plus, on this note we have Paul’s statement “for we have one high priest and one mediator between man and God, The Lord Christ Jesus”.
(I’ll admit I am quoting from memory, because I cannot for the life of me find the exact verse).
I think it’s wrong to pray to saints, but in some sense, it’s more pointless. The saints are in heaven, they can’t hear us. But Jesus Christ can. We ask the saints for intercession when we have a direct line to the Father through The Holy Spirit and Christ.
Read "The Great Controversy" by Ellen G. White. It has this issue with documentation to prove it.

U should understand that GOD commanded us to pray unto HIM ALONE, in the Mighty Name of Lord JESUS Christ. All the others whom u mentioned were mere human beings, created beings. Creations shouldn't be worshipped or prayed unto. Only our CREATOR is worthy of worship.
And yes, definitely all the saints are in Paradise now, but still, they shouldn't be prayed unto, just because they are just created beings, whose souls belong to Almighty Father GOD.
I understand that point. But the point Catholics/Orthodox say is that we pray for intercession of the saints and Mary, we ask their prayers as if we ask to our family members or friends to pray for us. And then I see people are just saying how can a dead pray for you , that’s the reason of my question. I see little bit hypocrisy on these answers. Anyway, any Christian we praise God and only God, being father son and Holy Spirit. But we know the power of prayers, also everyone is learning about it and I think everyone has very different experiences with what we can affirm the power of all prayers and the help when others pray for us.

@@iloveGod-o2p thank you. My understanding is the word “Pray” traditionally has always meant “to ask”. So in that sense there’s nothing wrong with asking someone on earth “to ask or petition” God on your behalf. But why would it be wrong to ask someone in heaven to do the same? Full disclosure I’m coming from a Catholic perspective but always open to understanding other perspectives?
