  • South Park is one of the most charming neighborhoods in all of San Diego. It's also one of the very first Suburbs in San Diego. It has some amazing restaurants, coffee shops and local shop scenes in all of San Diego County. If you are looking for a truly walkable neighborhood with easy access to all of San Diego then South Park may just be right for you.

Well done Bern! Absolutely love Buena Forchetta-best lasagna! I also recommend the Taylor Ham sandwich at Georgios! Love South Park!

LOVED THIS! And that your license plate is "OFF 56" 😎
Where was Courtney?? Videos with both you and her are the best ❤
I lived in South Park for a few years when I was a kid and fun fact about the South Park Target Express, that building used to be an old run down grocery store. It was awful and an eyesore for the community. Having a Target Express take over that location has really done wonders with enhancing the smaller communities they're located in like North Park / South Park / Ocean Beach.
Also, The Shawarma Guys in South Park are AMAZING! One of my favorites for Mediterranean food.

Thanks Cameron! Courtney tries to do every video but sometimes our schedules get in the way. I should have mentioned the Shawarma guys :)

South Park and Normal Heights are the two areas of San Diego I wish I knew more about before I bought my home here. Love my house (I really do), but I really dig those neighborhoods. Great video & my favorite parts of South Park have to be Fernside and Whistle Stop!

Missing the institution of Big Kitchen in SP Bern, otherwise solid.

How is the illegal immigrants crisis affecting San Diego so far? I grew up in San Diego and went to La Jolla high school back in 2001. Then moved to Phoenix AZ… seeing all over the news illegals getting Bussed into Jacumba . Also seeing them show up by boat in La Jolla and my favorite beach Windansea beach, so I was just curious as to what is the locals point of view or assessment when it comes to this invasion? My family and I try to visit San Diego 2 to 3 times a year but not sure if it’s still a good idea with all this chaos going on. Especially when law abiding citizens can’t practice their 2nd amendment rights . Thoughts?

It hasn't affected our day to day lives in anyway that I can tell but doesn't mean it's not a problem
