Keeping it all the way O.G., Meg took on Warren G’s “Regulate” hit and spit an offering that only the Hot Girl Coach can slide. Spitting over the iconic and infectious instrumental, Meg opens the freestyle saying, “A** move like water, but I’m known to be solid b****/ All that f****n’ hating y’all be doing, it ain’t stopping s***.”

She’s been doing this a LONG time and refining her craft relentlessly. I imagine rhyme columns populate in her mind at the speed of light anymore, because she’s made sure to turn those neural pathways into ten-lane highways.
It’s normal to prep for freestyles. She’s not going totally off the dome. The skill demonstrated here is working with the beat they throw at her and adapting her bars on the fly. I’m not saying it was pre-written word for word but, but yeah she worked on this ahead of time. Isn’t the writing and the rapping and the improv impressive enough? Does she really also have to be fuckin jimmy neutron? 😂
