Originally built in 1973, this 1.2 km long cableway stretches across the stunning Magaliesberg, offering panoramic vistas of the Hartbeespoort Dam and the lush surroundings. Situated just 1 km north of Hartbeespoort town in the North West Province, it proudly holds the title of the longest mono-cableway in Africa! 🌍
Completely revamped and modernized in 2010 by Zargodox (Pty) Ltd, it reopened to the public on 14 August 2010, thanks to the then Minister of Tourism, Marthinus van Schalkwyk. 🚀 Now open seven days a week, it’s perfect for family outings, romantic getaways, or solo adventures.
