I believe it’s already hard for foreigners to buy land in Zambia for foreigners unless they have investor license
That’s how most of them get their land

@@AbdirahmanHassan-d4w Since Foreigners have money they can still own the land through renting it as a long lease maybe pay rent every 5 years to the Zambian Citizen Owner, or they can get Zambian Citizenship then own with 99 year title deed, this is the best way forward
