Hey people. You are admired from far. I envy your endeavour. I grew rearing goats and sheep in my younger days as a hobby. It was back in the sixties, really I enjoyed every day of it. I enjoy reminiscing with video, very relaxing terapy for me in my retired times. Keep it up. Keeps my spirits high.
Thank you for this…Zimbabweans just need to believe in ourselves and stop being harassed outside our country. We can do this…let’s build our country 💪🏾.
“I Don’t take goat farming as a business, i see it as a lifestyle” What a deep statement! Folks if you don’t take anything from what this farmer said, take the above statement he made very seriously because that is the only way you can overcome any challenges you may face in this business, as a truck driver in the US, when i started i never take it as a job or business i saw it as a lifestyle and 2years down the line i was able to setup my own company and bought my own truck, don’t go into a business because people said it’s profitable but go into a business because you’re very passionate about the business and that will help your growth in the business!

Great video! This is the only to rebuild Africa that suits Africans for generations to come. We were farmers before colonization, but got reduced to laborers after bills like Land Act, which pilled us in small communities in infertile lands when the colonizers took the rich lands to take away farming from us as we got reduced to consumers. I’m in USA, recently acquired land to start chicken farming, and goat farming. History says nothing about ships coming from England or Netherlands carrying loads of cattle and sheep during colonization. They took them from us, and we remained with nothing but donkeys 🫏 and dry lands to plough. So this is very helpful! Great job man🎉
Got to your channel just Now.Been to Zimbabwe twice and has been praying for that country and Africa as a whole ever since. We will make it. From within us we have the solutions to liberate Africa economically And otherwise. Be blessed.
I'm a Saffa - great work Kelvin - your videos go a long way to inspire the younger generation who seem to think that their future lies in "suit and tie jobs" only - as someone said the other day, "no matter what, people have to eat, but clothing and luxuries are not necessary to survive". Keep up the good work Bro 👍💪
Namibia always supplies high quality top genetics of boer goats, and Namibia is the first country to own Brahmans plus it has the oldest bloodline of Brahman
Thanks for this revelation. I never knew Namibians had good lines of goats and Brahma. Only knew of South Africa been the best supplier. Now I know better. Would dig more infos into Namibia.
Im Looking forward to your Feedback in this comment Section. I will be Reading Every Comment 😅 Love you Guys and please don't forget to Like the video😊

This is really great, in my opinion, we need to be careful and maintain our pure indigenous goat genetics (mashona, matebele) because they are disease resistant, fertile, and require little supplement feed. The exotic breeds require (boer, kalahari) require more attention and care which is a bit resource intensive.
I don't know if this is possible Kelvin, but can you document the water purification industry in Zimbabwe since we're to be supplied by Zimbabwe as South Africans. I enjoy this content and I learn about how far we are behind as South Africans since the neighboring countries are growing drastically economic wise. This impresses me a lot because in South Africa we have all that free education but we lost the skill of what it is to make a living. I hope brothers that have stigmatized Zimbabweans as thieves know that they are not helping but contributing in the rotting. My dream is to one day be a Southern African and so will all of us from Kenya down to the Southernmost point.
Water, I, understand is supplied as is to a water purification plant in South Africa....so the south Africans will receive the water and then purify it and then distribute it after purification.
