Best house so far....I love that it’s very family oriented. You can easily see a large family living here. The layout and facilities are spot on. I’d love to be lockdown living here. Well done on the exclusive guys!
Exactly, they could have knocked down some walls, less bedrooms, more en-suites or pushed out the house into more of the garden giving up stairs more space
i agree lovely house but i think 7.25m is a bit much. When i look on right moves for houses i'm going to buy when i win the euro millions you seem to get more at this price point. It must be the location
It’s all about location, if you need to be close to London it’s an option at that price but personally I’d want more for that money. More land, more privacy, more scope to the property. And the front door looks like it belongs on a 300k new build.
Really Love the effort you guys put in to show us a variety of homes. You show Such a natural and warm vibe when show casing the homes. Much Appreciated. 🥰
I saw someone comment on your previous post and asked that you give more information about the houses you view etc and I love you how you took that advice and subtitled everything :)
It’s my favourite hobby lol especially the virtual house tours. You can do some serious snooping. In one house I worked out exactly who the owners are and then with a quick search, that the owner was in legal trouble. Crazy…
If I could afford a house in London, then it would have to be something like this. Love the size of the plot and the location (Richmond Park is beautiful). However, I would definitely have put in underfloor heating, to save on having radiators on the walls.
Great size house and the outside space would be perfect in the summer for a family. The kitchen space is also a key selling point. If I'm being honest, for 7 mil, the lack of ensuite bathrooms is surprising. For the scale of the house, some of the bedrooms are quite small.
I agree, I like it but don't love it especially for the price and some of the finish seems rather basic. The top level of the property was quite a disappointment. Within that price I reckon you are paying 2 mil just for location. Richmond is a beautiful place to live so I imagine that has hiked up the price of this property
I agree. I felt like the were trying to do increase the number of bedrooms possible. The 5bedrooms on the first floor should have been 3 bedrooms which would have allowed for bigger space. Even the largest bedroom on the first floor was smaller than my expectations for the money being asked.....
the outdoor areas and the outside of the house looks really dated, inside also looks slightly dated but the bones of the house are impressive, there is a lot i would change inside re the decor etc but it's not a bad property by any means. I'd probably give it a 7/10

Hi Matt & Summer, This is truly an incredible house, one with the most outdoor space the I have actually seen, this is the type of property that I would like to purchase providing that I could get planning permission to actually build an outdoor print studio and separate office
I have been literally binge watching all your videos this entire weekend starting from the Solihull house... I love your natural vibe while showing the houses.. Amazing work guys...!!!
I think this is what the 2m houses should be like. Good thing to mention about Richmond when you do your segment on where it is. There's London overground trains which takes you directly to Westfield West Shopping Centre, in no time at all. But theres also south west trains which takes you to Waterloo. Pretty well connected.
I love on one of your previous videos you showed a pop up of the floor plan for each room- particularly in big houses like this I would find it really helpful! Keep up the great work 😊👏🏻
Lovely finishes. Love the choice of materials. Lots of bathrooms, kids overnight bunk down loft room is a win!! Garden is so well thought out- I would move in just for the greenhouse😍🌷✨ The pendant coloured orbs are gorgeous. Great outdoor porch entrance, big spacious utility, lovely floors , remote control blinds and curtains. Looks like someone is already moving in by the wall paper :) Neat and modern, fab for a young family.
Two great presenters both complement each other very well! Love the fridge like you guys. Not one of my favourite properties especially at that price!!
You guys have improved in house touring, even though you are not real estate agents but you are touring the house just like you are one of them. I love love this house absolutely perfect has everything and especially because it's in London, London will be the love forever best city in the world. Also your videos have a great cozy feeling in them keep it up and 100k soon 👍 You both are great together love ya guys 😎
Now this house is mine so when can I move in?☺️ This is my dream house, and will pay that amount for it. It’s such a gorg house! The few things I will change are the two beds on the top floor, I will change the whole floor to a walk in wardrobe/dressing room so all our clothes, shoes and bags are on that floor. I will get rid of the walk in wardrobe in the masters bedroom and make that a bigger room. That’s all!! So when can I move in?? Oh yeah, need £7M🥴
Hi both, This was a great property to view, although not many people can afford it. It would be good to see another one with a price tag many people can work towards in the same area.
Wow looks 🤩🤩 and I love how quiet it is especially being in london. That garden is so amazing when it gets warmer and a kids dream 😍. I love the stair case with the double aspect fronted windows and there is so much light. The kitchen dinner is immense 😍😍😍 yes please 😂. That is one very beautifully done kitchen which has been built very smartly. Fantastic sized rooms and so much light in the house. Thanks guys another great house can’t wait for more. 👏👏👏🙏
What a great idea putting the green house right up against the fence with trees proving plenty of shade to stop the plants growing whoever put that in has never grow anything in their life. Andy England 🇬🇧
I absolutely love that kitchen/living area combo. It's so cosy even when there's no furniture yet. I was however underwhelmed at the exterior based on the 7 mil price tag. I feel it has very little personality in that respect and the bedrooms could have been bigger. Less rooms more room, if that makes sense? Anyway, keep up the good work guys. These videos are great for future billionaires like me to see where we can invest! 😆
Wow, what an amazing video! The production quality is top-notch and the visuals are absolutely stunning. I was captivated from the very beginning and couldn't take my eyes off the screen. The music perfectly complements the visuals and adds another layer of emotion to the overall experience. It's clear that a lot of time and effort went into creating this masterpiece, and it truly shows. Thank you so much for sharing this incredible video with us. Keep up the fantastic work!
I’m not entirely sure why but i’m really irked about the “front” of the property. It’s not really a usable outdoor space and the doors out take a lot of furnishing options inside. Would be fighting the temptation to just extend the property into it
Richmond Upon Thames is the best kept secret! So many judge's and the ultimate wealthy but low key people live there. My biggest mistake was leaving there to work abroad. By the time I returned two years later I had been priced out of the area. Some areas are prone to flooding though. It really is such a friendly beautiful place.
I totally agree you must be a numpty to buy that for that amount of money nothing nice about it, if someone said you could live there for rent free i'd say you can stick it lol......
The thing about Richmond is that houses going for £7m+ all sell very quickly. There's a beast of a house being built on Fife Rd which backs onto Richmond Park which will easily sell for £20m+ when finished.
Build an orangery with some seating area beside the kitchen area some coffee/ tea time table seating on the front plus connect the garage access adjust some decoration details and put some furniture and it’s perfect. I loved that laundry, the fact there’s a pool and it’s the best laundry I saw online in british houses. I also liked The showers and the skylight back there in the living area, the kitchen furniture and decorations and those lightroof I mentioned before in a comment before. Idk why but I like houses with orangeries kitchen plus light roof kitchen extensions or skylights. It’s a bit confusing the separation of rooms though. I would renovate the facade too so there’s no doubt there’s the main grand entrance. Or the car access direction better set. I see houses I can’t help seeing areas of improvement. That house has really good potential. If the buyer has some more money to make those improvements it’ll be a really fantastic luxurious property. I really would like to live someday in an area near London but a little far to buy more for less like that one day. Having the bustle of the city and the calm of further places.
The house is generous size... need lots of people to fill it...a big family..,the back garden is very nice... plenty of land...the price tag I think is for purely for the land house sits on and not to forget it's in London...
This is the dream. Would be great to see flats around Clapham/Balham/Battersea/Wandsworth areas. I feel a lot of people in their mid 20's-30's gravitate here; to rent of course. It seems impossible to buy so would be great insight. I never feel you can get a feel for a space with the 2D images on Rightmove.
Beautiful home for sure and the grounds are gorgeous. I live in the USA and think the price may be a little cheaper but not by much. Thanks for the grand tour!!
I know this property well. My late fiance knew the aupair that lived and worked there. So we often spent nights together when the owners were away. Skinny dips at midnight followed by passionate lovemaking till dawn...ooh such wonderful times.
Keep the videos coming Matt and Summer, Great job as always. We hope to see you back in Spain or Portugal touring some of our properties soon, take care.
Agree I think the upstairs is a disappointment most of the bedrooms are small and a bit awkward looking . You could probably do four great bedrooms and it would be much more impressive .I doubt many people need seven .
I live in the south of Somerset and I live near a property worth 3 mill 8 bed and 30 acres it’s HUGE pools and seaside a 15 minute drive, London is mad sooo expensive!
Love the kitchen and the shear amount of space. Then when you factor in the outdoor space too. Amazing. I think it’s worth the price. My dream house is around the corner. It’s a converted church in Bute Avenue. I think that sold for £9.5M several years ago.
I love that house, but my favorite is the backyard! Can't believe it is in London. Anyway, Matt, I want your opinion of something. March 31st is going to be a big day in England, but it could have ramifications across the pond. Basically, shutdowns have deflationary pressure and stimulus has inflationary pressure, and for people who want to invest in real-estate this year, the trick is to avoid finding yourself underwater. People are speculating that real-estate values will decrease this year. To be safe, I'm going to leverage two properties worth a combined $360K in the end of the third or start to the fourth quarter. When do you guys plan on buying your next property, and how long are properties staying on the market in London? I hear that foreign investment is a powerful force keeping property values high in London, but a lot of natives are moving away from the city because remote work is gaining in popularity. Best regards from Texas!
They rely on properties being for sale and for the agents to allow them access. Not many houses come up for sale in that area of Wimbledon. Many of them are old money homes.
Another great property tour! I love watching the multimillion pound tours! Would love to see you tour the old Sidemen house in Keston Park it’s listed for £6.95m that would be a MASSIVE tour for your channel! Keep up the good work😁

For 7 million each room should really have an en-suite
Exactly, they could have knocked down some walls, less bedrooms, more en-suites or pushed out the house into more of the garden giving up stairs more space
The price isn't just the house its also the location its in London so for the price it is the location and the size its actually an amazing deal
That’s a £3.5 million house. The other £3.5 million is due to the location. It’s not good value for money even though it’s a nice house.
@Teja Koripalli why?
I would want a more impressive looking larger front door entrance to a 7M house.
For 7 mill I'd want A LOT more. It is London though so...
Search Google Maps for "Henlow Place Richmond" It's a nice house, but it's in a bad location so I don't see it as worth £7M+
i agree lovely house but i think 7.25m is a bit much. When i look on right moves for houses i'm going to buy when i win the euro millions you seem to get more at this price point. It must be the location

They did tour their house or villa in Bali a few months ago. They will be going back soon :)

What a dissapointing house. Nothing special for that money.
You’re paying a 100% premium for the location. I wouldn’t pay more than £3.5 million for a house like that if I was in the market for one.
Words can’t express how crap this is (FOR THE MONEY).... regardless of it being Richmond
Agreed. Very underwhelming
I actually agree can get a much cheaper house which is 10,000 sqm for a quarter of this house price
