Hard to see them losing their throne until Knotts gets a Giga, Carowinds RMC's Hurler, or KD gets an even better replacement for Volcano.

Carowinds would need RMC Hurler and another elite coaster and probably a supporting coaster to me... Cedar Point is probably the best park in the world so...

Once Candymonuim is finished I think Hershey would win against any park Including Cedar point

CP still wins that handily. I305 might edge out MF, but Maverick would beat Volcano, and SV still crushes TT

At least Carowinds was able to slap around Cedar Point a little bit! Love my home park! If Cedar Fair ever decides to give Carowinds an RMC hyper hybrid like Steel Vengeance or Iron Gwazi it may for sure declare victory over the king Cedar Point.
Agreed, it would be extremely competitive. Even if they turned Hurler into a Twisted Timbers clone, that matchup with CP would be a toss-up.

The thing with cedar point is that they have an elite top 6 or 7 which most parks don’t have

Copper head strike is on a whole new level when you ride it i ride it twice and it was hard to decide if copperhead or fury was better

nah, launch coasters are whatever. wonderland is planning on gettting a huge rmc in the next 3 years... thatll be nail in the coffin.
@@mr.intamin1081 they literally can’t because of some stupid Canadian laws although as a coaster enthusiast with cw as they’re home park I would absolutely love to see a rmc wildebeast or minebuster sometime in the future
And I think backlot stunt coaster works pretty well for the limited space that they have
cedar point is the best park on the planet.besides having the best coasters ,the location is supreme. a peninsula that is more like an island with a causeway. makes for a perfect setting. and with a 150 year history proves they are doing something right. my only reserve is how will they top steel vengeance ? some people might think limited space could be a problem in the future for cp. but if you have ever been to indiana beach ( which sadly just closed ) you would see you can do a lot with limited space and a creative mind.
There's no place quite like CP.

You should do an outlier tournament with parks like Kennywood and Waldameer… I guess you can say lower tier parks? I think that would be interesting. And Hershey should be involved in a tournament somewhere. Not necessarily a lower tier tournament but I’d like to see it go head to head with some other parks
You should fr do a bottom 3!!!! comparing worst 3 to each other and see which has the best bottom 3 coasters
The real question is if you reseed and leave out Cedar Point, which Cedar Fair park would win that tournament as the second best park out of the Cedar Fair Parks.
My early bets would be KD or Carowinds.
Pushing everyone up would make it KD vs Carowinds in the 4 vs 5

I completely agree with everything here (although confessing I've ridden all the Oimet region and only a few of the Kinzel region coasters)....

Cedar point was an obvious win who didn’t see that coming even if my home park carowinds didn’t win nice to see it get that far GG CP
Cedar Fairs has done an outstanding job of upgrading the former Paramount Parks, but Cedar Point devours the competition. Their top 10 for 2024 alone would go toe-to-toe with the rest of the chain combined.
If Twisted Timbers is widely considered very underrated, doesn’t that mean most people rate it correctly?

cedar point is my home park and tbh i think Millie is kinda slept on. Its a good ride and i think you could have gave it a better chance against i305. No hate tho and great video. Keep up the good work!
It definitely is. It should have been the 2 slot and Maverick should have been 3 or left out entirely, trims right after a launch lmao
For the world big 3, let's cut to the case: Cedar Point vs Fuji Q and let's make it a Big 4.

That would be one hell of a showdown.
I think you're overrating Afterburn (watch its POV). It absolutely dies as it climbs over the station 2/3 thru the ride and it ruins the end
Trust me, the rest of the ride makes up for the small break it takes then. It’s not super fast or tall, but the snappy transitions, fast pace, diverse set of elements, and STRONG positive Gs make up for its lack in scale. It’s POV doesn’t do it justice, you’ve just gotta ride it. Now, is it the best invert, no. Is it better than most? Absolutely. (just so you know, the end helix hits 4.5g, and the roll beforehand is super snappy. The ending holds up very well)
I like what you have done here. It’s fun, but I think you should retract the statement “Fury 325 is probably the best B&M coaster ever built.” That is saying a lot. There are several B&M coasters that come to mind. Fury 325 is amazing, but let’s not get carried away. Fury 325, best ever built by B&M??

A good idea for the future, is for each matchup determine how much better one lineup is than the other. Then, give each a percentage out of 100. Let’s say Cedar Point’s top Three gets 70% compared to 30% for KD. Then spin a wheel to determine who advances. Right now the bracket feels a little too predictable. Love the concept tho!
Imagine if the final four was World’s of Fun, Michigan’s Adventure, Kennywood, and Dorney

I think Knott’s should’ve beaten carowinds because they have a stronger big three and carowinds just has fury to pull it off. But i dont think 1 ride (fury) could beat the whole other park. Just my opinion and i love this series!
It was really close. Knott's lineup is so well rounded, but Fury was just head and shoulders above the other coasters in that lineup. Glad you like the series 😀

The top 2 of cedar point is Literally unbeatable if they ever get anything better than milli (which appearantly they plan on topping steel vengence if that is even possible) then that's a big oof for every other park on earth.

Even if kings dominion still had volcano, Steel Vengeance would just take over the match and some people still say maverick is better than volcano.
Kings dominion mightve given cedar point a run for its money if volcano didnt close
I personally think Kings Dominion has a better top 3 than Cedar Point. Of course Cedar Point is a better park overall but if we're just comparing top 3s, I think Twisted Timbers is at least on the same level as Steel Vengence, although that's my ACE ERT bias comming in against cops blocking the enterance of Steel Vengence. I305 was built to combine Maverick and Millenium Force and I think it's vastly superior to both. Kings Dominion's top 2 fits in Cedar Point's top 3, and then pours it on with the most intense floreless for me.
Well of course the flagship park wins.

this is controversial but i think KD should have beaten CP because twisted timbers is almost as good as steel vengeance i305 has what it takes to top both millie and maverick and then you have dominator for extra credit plus if this included dark rides KD has boo blasters for #3 and thats better than millie and possibly steve
