A lot of the cartoons you mentioned didn’t play on Saturday mornings where I grew up. I watched shows like Transformers, Real Ghostbusters, Darkwing Duck, Tiny Toon Adventures, Chip ‘n’ Dales: Rescue Rangers, Ducktales, He-Man, She-Ra, JEM and the Holograms, Pink Panther, Scooby Doo, and Inspector Gadget after school (or before school).
I remember watching Gummie Bears, Snorks, Smurfs, G.I. Joe, The Raccoons, Looney Tunes, Pac-Man, Superman and Friends (or Superfriends or Justice League, whatever), The Amazing Spider-Man, Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, The Littles, and more Scooby Doo on Saturday mornings. Thank You For posting this. Man Saturday morning cartoons were a blast. They represented an innocence that we have long since lost sadly. I do not even kids at all these days. I miss them and the toys and cereal commercials. With that thought in mind cartoons kinda remind me of going to Chucky Cheese. I remember going to the local fair and seeing a worker dressed up in a cartoon mascot outfit. Such as spiderman, scooby doo, batman, pink pather, and even Yogi Bear. Sadly even if by chance these cartoons were to reair on the major TV networks. I don't think that they would last very long. Kids expect more.

3:20 I always wondered as a kid why they called it The "Real" Ghostbusters. I vaguely remember the cartoon myself. I thought the concept was incredibly stupid (even as a kid) so I barely watched it. I don't think they ever showed Rubik getting scrambled on screen, so you never got to see how he dematerialized.
Once the puzzle was solved Rubik became an animated creature. Whenever the kids needed his help they'd solve the puzzle quickly and Rubik would appear to save the day. I always wondered, "WHY are you kids scrambling Rubik and turning him back into an inanimate puzzle again???" That seemed unnecessary and cruel to me.

I often feel like the writing style of Saturday morning cartoons are still present in YA and MG novels. If J.K.
